If you have Pneumonia

Pneumonia is a general term which refers to an infection of the lungs.  It can be due to a variety of microorganisms, such as viruses, bacteria, fungi, and parasites. Pneumonia invades your lungs in two ways. Lobar pneumonia affects a portion of a lung and Bronchial pneumonia, the most common, influences patches throughout both lungs. Flu Prevention and Influenza Protection

Throughout history there have been many successful methods used to combat the influenza virus.  Outlined below are some of the most reliable and tested methods:

Sulphurs in foods attract toxins, bind with them, and detox the body and remove them. Because flu bugs travel more easily when the air has more moisture, the more warm dry and the more good airflow you have throughout your home, the less these bad bugs can remain around.

We can see the results of sulphur exposure in an environment high in the influenza virus. During the great flu epidemic in 1919, in which millions of people perished from the flu, (over 40 million lives lost), the ones that survived placed a freshly peeled onion on a ceramic plate in the rooms of their homes each morning. The hydrogen sulphide and sulphurs in the onion soaked up the flu viruses, avoiding the virus from circulating in the air in the rooms.  Also during these times, sulphur was burned in open vessels in city streets to soak up the virus. In 1918 and 1919 symptoms of cold, Influenza and LaGripe were treated by first giving generous doses of Bicarbonate of Soda. 

In many instances within 36 hours the symptoms disappeared.  The recommended dosages from the Arm and Hammer Company

for colds and influenza back in 1925 were: "During the first day take six doses of half teaspoonful of Arm & Hammer Bicarbonate of Soda in a glass of cool water, at about two hour intervals. During the second day take four doses of half teaspoonful of Arm and Hammer Bicarbonate of Soda in a glass of cool water, at the same intervals. During the third day take two doses of half teaspoonful of Arm and Hammer Bicarbonate of Soda in a glass of cool water morning and evening, and thereafter half teaspoonful in glass of cool water each morning until cold is cured."

So in conclusion keeping the immune system healthy is really a matter of paying attention to what our bodies are telling us.  Excessive stress or not being able to display a sound attitude towards situations in life are 2 of the main precursors to a weakened immune system.

Cancer Killers

Today, you could write an entire encyclopedia collection on methods that heal cancer, however certain foods are more powerful cancer healers than other foods.  Cancer cannot exist in cells that are alkaline and just as important is learning to forgive and have belief in yourself that you have the power to become well again is a critical component of the healing process.

When you eat lots of foods that are fermented, it brings the body good health, however when the cells start to "ferment" inside the body, the opposite occurs. It appears that foods that are fermented or have good bacteria in them are good cancer killers.  Cancer likes to grow in acidic aerobic conditions.  Cells become aerobic and "ferment" when the body is constantly in an overly acidic condition. Some of the most advanced research in the world seeking cures for cancer have proven this.  Below are excerpts from from their research:

The Sloan Kettering Institute has cured cancer in mice with Lactic Acid Therapy. It has been established by experiments in vitro that if oxygen respiration at the cell level falls by 35% or more in the  cells then the normal cells must revert to fermentation, because there is not enough oxygen to complete glucose metabolism  which was started in the Embden Meyerhoff Pathway when the glucose was split into a simple sugar. These cells, in vitro,  after two divisions have become cancerous when the oxygen respiration at the cell level has fallen by 35% or more. The  oxidative Krebs Cycle must have an abundance of oxygen to be completed. If it doesn't have enough oxygen then the cells  must live by fermentation in order to survive. The cells in order to survive must therefore revert to the anaerobic life  of a primitive single cell which results in an end result of Lactic Acid. It must be stated that in the process of  returning the oxygen respiration to 100% the cancer cells did not revert back to a non-cancerous state. Nobel Prize winner Dr. Otto Warburg showed clearly in 1924 that cancer is associated with anaerobic conditions, resulting  in fermentation of sugar, production of lactic acid and a marked drop in the pH of the cell, as low as pH 4 (highly acidic conditions). Moreover, the  production of mutated receptors on the cell DNA cannot occur at the normal pH range of 6.6 to 7.4. If the cell pH is  raised slightly above the normal 7.4 top end, to pH 8.5 (alkaline), the cancer cells will first become dormant, and then die. This  explains the success of the caustic solution treatment of tumors in the early 1900s. By definition, alkaline solutions are  made up of hydroxyl (OH-) radicals, and are therefore oxygen rich. In the absence of oxygen within the acidic cellular  fluids, the glucose undergoes fermentation into lactic acid, causing the pH of the cell to become highly acidic, thereby  inhibiting the production of the DNA nucleotides A, C, G, T (adenine, cytosine, guanine, thymine) that allow for normal  DNA synthesis and repair. Therefore toxic enzymes can bond with DNA, altering the template, setting the scene for abnormal  replication.

What Causes Cells to Undergo "Negative Fermentation?"

Excessive artificially produced sugars not used up in the energy process, store themselves in fatty tissue.  Sugars as you probably read by now are fuel for bacteria that ferment themselves. In summary carbohydrates produce glucose, which the body breaks down into ATP. Glucose from carbohydrates is the major source of  production of ATP. Excessive fatty acids will deplete oxygen levels for the production of ATP by burning glucose from carbohydrates to the point where there is no longer enough oxygen to burn all the fatty acids.

The oxidative Krebs Cycle must have an abundance of oxygen to be completed. If oxygen respiration of cells fall by 35% or more, the cells revert to fermentation. After only two divisions the cells become cancerous. When oxygen respiration is reintroduced back into the cells, they revert to a non-cancerous state.  Oxygen respiration can be increased by exercise and foods/herbs (see the chapter Improving Oxygen Delivery to the Cells on techniques and herbs that boost oxygen levels in the body). This is why some cancer cures have been attributed to taking excessive amounts of Vitamin C and doing exercise, in effect "smothering" the cancer cells and allowing new cells to take their place.

Foods high in Carcinogens

These are one of the major contributors to cancer, due to their extremely high levels of toxins.  These are divided up into the following food groups.  These are: 1: Processed Meats and Bacon. 2: Cookies, Crackers and Doughnuts and other foods rich in baked white flours.
3: Trans Fats and French Fries.

Other substances that contribute to cancer include:

Excessive tannin intake such as those found in Coffee, tea and cocoa.  Tannic acid has been linked to liver tumors and esophageal cancer.  Foods cooked at high temperatures tend to produce carcinogens. Therefore your best bet to avoid cancer is simply to just to avoid taking excessive amounts of the previously mentioned junk foods.

Methods and Foods Proven to Cure Cancer

It is interesting to note that yeast, which causes fermentation not only in our bodies, but also in wine and countless other fermentation methods, easily "rides" on beet juice.  This "riding action" allows the nutrients of yeast to easily enter the cells of the body. Researcher Dr. Wolz has shown this in his studies:

Dr. Wolz tested beet juice (shown to destroy cancerous tumors) to deliver nutrients into the mitochondria.  To deliver the beet juice, he used the  findings of another German physician, Dr. Herbst, who discovered in 1843 that orally administered yeast cells could  permeate the mitochondrial membrane. Beet Powder is an oxylate, and is used in manufacturing to recover metals.  Oxylates "stick" and "adhere" to certain toxins, thus causing a detoxing effect.
Another researcher, Mr. Seeger, has shown that the respiration of cancer cells  can be completely normalized by a combination of red beet, raw fermented food and vitamin C. The color pigment in beetroot (and other purple food) strongly binds electrons and hydrogen.  This can  reactivate the production of cellular oxidative energy. Clinical tests using red beet with cancer patients revealed that  often tumors regressed and disappeared.  Huge amounts of betanidin are found in fermented Chrobry juice. Once again, we see the power of natural sugars and how they have natural fermentive abilities to not only heal, but to prolong life, whereas the manufactured, artificial sugars create disease and contribute to cancer.

The Power of Cesium and Rubidium

These are minerals closely associated with potassium, but they're heavier, making them much more alkaline. They kill cancer cells by making them overly alkaline.  Mass spectrographic and isotope studies have shown that potassium, rubidium, and especially cesium are most efficiently  taken up by cancer cells and thus destroyed. This uptake was enhanced by Vitamins A and C as well as of salts of zinc and selenium. The quantity  of cesium taken up by cells is sufficient to raise the cell to the alkaline range of 8 pH. Healthy cells are not affected by cesium or rubidium because their cell voltage  allows them to balance themselves. The only side effect is a loss of potassium which can be remedied with eating a few  bananas and potatoes. Recommend dosages are 3 to 6g of a cesium salt daily in divided doses with meals or about one rounded teaspoon daily. Apricot kernels or other bitter kernels increase the effectiveness of cesium.
Cesium is only effective with an alkaline diet high in potassium (e.g. from fruits and  vegetables) and low in sodium. It can also be taken with potassium citrate (1 tsp in divided doses), which is a strongly alkalizing supplement, and with rubidium chloride for maximum absorption. Cesium and Rubidium are in the elements that have low oxidation numbers.  These include Copper, Hydrogen, Lithium, Potassium and Sodium.  It is my theory that the lower the oxidation, the more stable the destruction of the cancer killing effect. Other foods and methods that kill cancer include: Fermented Wheat - Known as Avemar - destroys/prevents cancer. Sprouted Soybeans. Soybeans also stimulate nitric oxide which helps nurture new cell growth. Bee Propolis. 60 mins of Moderate exercise or 30 mins of Heavy Exercise each day. Getting the right amount of Sunshine. A diet rich in copper and catalase foods, which boost enzymes and oxygen in the body.  Latic Acid is available as a supplement and is used to preserve many vegetables. If you research the web, you will find some of the most successful methods people are using to heal themselves of cancer involve foods that are fermented as well as learning to let go, forgive and improve their emotional state of well being.

How to Use Vitamin C to Kill Cancer Cells

Taking lots of vitamin C and performing exercise targets and destroys cancer cells. Food grade hydrogen peroxide and Vitamin C will kill cancer cells, leaving healthy cells unharmed. Another method is taking mega Doses of Vitamin C and Mega Doses of Heme Iron (organic iron that is found in foods). Iron is a fuel source for bacteria, both good and bad. Foods highest in Vitamin C and Iron:

The Power of Alpha Lipoic Acid

Alpha lipoic acid is a natural molecule that exists deep inside every cell of our  bodies. It is an essential component of the energy-producing part of a cell by converting glucose (blood sugar) into energy. It quickly enters the cell and protects it against  free radicals. The power of Alpha lipoic acid is that it is both water and fat-soluble, so it quickly and easily fights free radicals in any part of the cell, even in the space between cells, protecting DNA. When combined with Acetyl L-carnitine it shows significantly strong anti-aging regenerative characteristics by protecting both the membranes and the DNA of the mitochondria.

As mentioned previously, Alpha Lipoic Acid is a remarkable substance because it is both water and fat soluble, making absorption into the cells extremely easily.  Taking Alpha-lipoic Acid with food decreases its bio availability, therefore it is generally recommended that Alpha-lipoic Acid be taken on  an empty stomach (one hour before or two hours after eating).  Alpha Lipoic Acid also regenerates vitamins E and C, is a sulphur antioxidant, and when taken with phytonutrients increases the effects considerably. The Genetic Connection

Today, science is discovering certain foods have the power to heal our genes, including genetic defects that may have occurred in previous family generations. Some of the best foods that have shown remarkable results are Onions, Garlic and Beets. If your family has a genetic disorder, take more of these and the previous genetic disorders may be healed up.

Folic Acid, also known for its association to heal and repair DNA, ranks 2nd for gene health and repair.  Folic acid is also known as Vitamin B9.Too much folic acid causes cancer and gout. They only way you can't get too much folic acid is through foods such as Onions, Garlic, Beets, Lettuce, Spinach, Kale and Mustard Greens.
Other compounds that have been found in animal and human studies to be effective in genetic disorders are coenzyme  CQ10 (CoQ10), ginkgo biloba, nicotinamide, riboflavin, acetyl-L-carnitine and alpha lipoic acid.

Gene Protection and Repair

Keeping your genes as healthy as possible is one of the best insurances you can give your body for continued long term health.  Here are foods and their genetic traits:
Curcillum/Turmeric - Protects the genes from inflammation. Excess Turmeric will stress the immune system.

Quote from a journal published in the U.S. National Library of Medicine: "Uric acid directly activates primary human T cells in the absence of antigen presentation. Furthermore, primary human T cells and Jurkat T cells treated with uric acid overexpresses the costimulatory molecule CD70, which plays an important role in T cell-B cell interaction and antibody production. This was most effective when in combination with Hormone Therapy."  Therefore uric acid plays a substantial role in producing the immune boosting T cells in the body. Natural foods that promote Hormone Therapy include from highest to lowest: Flax seed, Soy beans, Tofu, Soy yogurt, Sesame seed.

The 3 main elements that produce energy in the body are the breakdown of proteins, fruit sugars, and fats.  When these are taken in excess, they cause a build up of Uric Acid, leading to gout. Gout can also be caused by the result of excessively eating foods high in purines.  Excessive Fructose intake can increase Uric Acid Levels significantly.  This is a fruit sugar, which creates a plasma antioxidant, which is quickly absorbed and taken up by the liver, where it is rapidly metabolized.

Purine free foods do not contribute to Uric Acid and include the longivity classes of foods which include: cottage cheese, whey protein (alkaline proteins), egg whites, mozzarella cheese and non-fermented milk products.

How to Remove Excess Uric Acid

Making the body more alkaline will remove excess uric acid.  The best way to do this is by drinking lots of water because a hydrated body dilutes uric acid fastest. Hard water is better than soft water because it  contains more minerals. Minerals help maintain the body pH at 7.0 or greater. The enzyme blocker, Allopurino will also remove uric acid. Other methods include: Apple Cider Vinegar & Honey can remove excess uric acid from the body.  Baking soda or potassium bicarbonate will neutralize fruit sugars and alkaline the body. A good combination is Garlic + Apple Cider Vinegar + Honey. Chitosan will remove uric acid.

How to Generate Life Force In Your Body

Many of us have seen the power of karate experts who are able to break wood boards with their hands, or even their heads, and QI Gong masters that are able to heal others by projecting intense heat generated by focusing their minds. This same energy can be generated by anyone with the right skills and knowledge.  This "chi" energy is contained in the air all around us, and rises and falls at various times.  You can locate the dates of stronger chi energy by reviewing the Templates of Renewal and the Realignment of Health, Harmony and Perfection chapter. In this chapter we are going to discuss how to use "chi energy" for longivity and anti-aging. 

The body is always seeking restoration and repair and it occurs much faster when the mind has increased its awareness and is in the proper state of mind. The main energy source for any chi energy exercise is focus combined with an increased amount of oxygen brought into the body. Beneficial side effects of generating chi in the body include increased awareness, a more balanced outlook on life and a stronger immune system.  This new expansion of awareness brings with it the power to heal ourselves.  This in turn causes us to subconsciously heal others in the process (change yourself to change the world).  From this we can conclude that performing life force exercises affects 2 parts of the body, the spiritual and the physical.

The most common and well known of the life force exercises are the QI-GONG and TAI CHI techniques, however I myself, have had really good results doing the "Ancient Egyptian Pole Balancing" exercise (see How to Perform the Ancient Egyptian Pole Balancing Exercise chapter for more details).

The Pole Balancing Exercise comes from The Emerald Tablets of Thoth. Tablet number XIII: The Keys of Life and Death. The history of the Emerald Tablets is strange and beyond the belief of modern scientists. Their antiquity is stupendous, dating back some 36,000 years B.C. The tablets were translated by Dr. Michael Doreal.

The Ancient Egyptian Pole Balancing Exercise is a simple process where you lay down with your head pointed north for between 20 minutes and 1 hour and than rotate the body into the south position for the next  20 minutes to 1 hour.

Results from performing the pole balancing exercise over the past 3 years include: significantly increased mental clarity and awareness, aches and pains and mild injures heal up faster than usual. I have also noticed that pole balancing seems to have a beneficial effect on the surrounding environment, such as increased harmony and a presence of well being and good energy.

In the pole balancing exercise, the energies work like this.  Think of a person in a canoe going down a fast flowing river of water. The canoe in the middle of the fast flowing river appears to move slowly. Think of the canoe as being your body and the river a flow of atoms and molecules that rejuvenate the body.  You can't just "grab" onto this rejuvenative substance, instead your body must match the same ressoance as that of the newly emerging molecules in order to absorb it. The miracle of pole balancing is that it causes your body to match this rejuvenative frequency that occurs and absorb it. This same "slow down effect" is also seen when you see people practicing Tai Chi or Yoga.  Their movements are very, very slow, precise and coordinated.
We can see this same effect occur in the zoospore fungi. One species called Ulothrix sonata is found in alkaline waters such as springs, brooks, and rivers.  It is bright green and attaches itself to sunny stones, another species is found in stagnant ponds, and rain-barrels. 

In the afternoon the material is largely vegetative, growing fastest at around midnight.   These fungi do not last long when removed from their environment, however if they are placed under a stream of running water, they may live for a couple of weeks and may produce zoospores every morning. If the material is merely put into a jar of water with a 2 to 4 per cent cane-sugar solution, the production of zoospores continues a little longer. So here we have a simple illustration where bacteria multiplies under a "stream" of flowing water.  From this I conclude that pole balancing creates new beneficial bacteria in the body when these "flows" are strongest.  Oils that are rich in three phytosterols, beta-sitosterol, campesterol and stigmasterol (found in longivity mushrooms) are found to be very effective zoospore producers. These sterols are found in soy bean oil and in hemp seed oil.

I believe that this energy that enters the body is a similar type energy used in Acupuncture.  As shown in this report. In 1985 Pierre de Vernejoul at the University of Paris carried out a definitive and much-quoted experiment. He used a radioactive marker, technetium 99m, which he injected into subjects at classic acupuncture points. He then used gamma camera imaging to track the subsequent movement of the isotope. He was able to show that the tracer migrated along the classic meridian lines, travelling quite quickly: a distance of 30 cm in 4-6 minutes.

The most powerful time to do the exercise is when the X-Ray background levels have been falling for 3 or more consecutive days (preferably the X-Ray background flux levels should be at 4.0) and there are between 4 and 8 C Class Solar Flares.

When doing the Ancient Egyptian Pole Balancing Exercise, the body is strongly renewed during the first geomagnetic storm after the March equinox and again around the summer solstice (see The Template of Perfection, How to Find It for dates). This period covers 3 to 4 days when everything restores itself back to its perfect state of original health, it is also accompanied by an expansion and increase in consciousness. March is a time the suns energy has "matured" after the winter solstice.

As earth crosses the galactic plane, which is a crossing of the earth across the center of our galaxy, occurring in November 2012, it will create more powerful templates of rejuvenation in our part of the galaxy, as well as the earth and the people upon it.  This period will be felt strongest between 12 and 5 years after 2012. From this we can conclude that because templates of renewal restore life, earth will also undergo a signifncant renewal period during this time.  We are already seeing this occur from an increased awareness to look after the oceans and efforts to reduce pollution and increased methods to use recycling to cut back waste.

Effects from Performing the Ancient Egyptian Pole Balancing Exercise

 The main rejuvenative effect occurring from pole balancing is felt as a "white light", which creates intense amounts of rejuvenative energy that causes aches and pains to vanish.  From performing the ancient egyptian pole balancing exercise over the previous 3 1/2 years I have noticed that the beneficial energy that comes with it coincides with an increase in cosmic rays.I believe the increase in cosmic rays are charging an upper part of our atmosphere that can be used to charge the body, when you put in into the right state of mind, such as the exercise of pole balancing.



In relation to the regenerative pole balancing energies (see chapter the Ancient Egyptian Pole Balancing Exercise) the white light energies manifest themselves more clearly and stronger near earthquake fault lines. Mr. Zaro Agra lived in Turkey which happens to be along one of the most active geographic fault lines in the world. Turkey is, in effect, caught in a geophysical vise between the Arabian plate, inching northward, and the Eurasian plate, the immovable object. Because of this we can see a link between telluric current, which is affected by seismic activity and the regeneration of the body. So this “white light” is in effect also a part of the telluric current network.

 At times when the suns solar flux is more active, which occurs at the peak of solar flares, this rejuvenative "white light" energy is significantly reduced. This occurs I believe because solar flares cause not only oxidative stress in the human body, but a more charged ionosphere, which is probably shielding the earth from more cosmic rays charging the ionosphere.

During times when there are 8 or more solar flux with the solar flux at levels of 4.0 or higher, when doing pole balancing during these times, and if the body is undergoing more "stress" than usual at this time, it can cause health problems.  During periods of higher than average solar activity, such as during an increaseing sunspot cycle period, this becomes more common. The best time to perform pole balancing during these active periods is when the solar flux is at 4.0 or below, and there are less than 7 "C" class flares, pole balancing every 3 days works well, while watching how much "white light" you hold in.

There are 2 periods when the suns activity is most active. These are February/March and September/October. It is key when doing pole balancing during these times to watch for condition reds (8 or more C class solar flares with solar flux levels at 4.0 or above) as they occur most often during these periods. I usually boost my intake of immune system boosters/antioxidants during these periods of the year.

It is my theory that solar flare eruptions emit particles with a positive polarity. Magnetic field researcher Dr. Philpott has shown that positive magnetic fields create acidic conditions in the tissues. And another study by scientists at Georgetown University in Washington DC found that high energy particles in space, which are produced by  solar flares, triggered an oxidative stress response in mice. This would explain the aches and pains sometimes felt just before and during  solar flares and geomagnetic storms. Recent research has shown that oxidative stress contributes to a number of diseases from arthritis to immune system problems.

When there are more cosmic rays entering earth's atmosphere, this white light is so powerful that you feel significantly rejuvenated in a much shorter amount of time.  This I believe is because most cosmic ray increases are accompanied by a stronger charged ionosphere/magnetosphere, which usually occurs a few days after a solar flare.  This special period of sun activity is known as the "Recurrent CHHS". I believe these stronger charged ions are "feeding" the good bacteria in the body and feeding new forms of beneficial life to the plants and soil. This white light energy also seems to carry with it an expansion of consciousness and newly emerging awareness.  When doing pole balancing when the suns solar flux is higher (which usually occurs during after a solar flare), especially during the equinoxes, and you hold in the "white light" it can "stress" the body, leading to an overactive immune system. However, when the solar flux is more active during the "life force" period (see The Template of Perfection, How to Find It for more info on this), it does not seem to have the same negative health consequences. When the solar flux is higher the best way to benefit is to perform moderate exercise. I also observed that this "white light" was much more stable 4 weeks before the September Equinox and into late October. I believe that the "white light" effect is a form of increased "information" coming through at the conscious level, which boosts the immune system via consciousness instead of physical activity.

From this we can also conclude: Lighter foods when the cosmic rays are higher and when the solar flux is higher more alkaline protein foods (as recovery from work out requires proteins).

Other natural methods to amplify the effects of this life restoring energy is to perform the exercise on an elevated platform between 6 and 15 feet above the ground.  Another are of high energy is to perform the exercise in a pine forest.  So a good combination would be an elevated platform in a pine forest.

This "internal light" can change at times from being a green color to black to angel white.  I have noticed from experience that when the light is darker, things don't go as well, and my health may need a tune up, but during times of white light and green light, things go much smoother and I am able to fulfill my purpose easier, and there is much less resistance to daily activities. We can think of the colors associated with the pole balancing as being forms of information, guiding you through future events of the day, enhancing intuition, and best of all relieving aches and pains. When the cosmic rays steadily rise over a period of 5 or more days and you don't "hold in the white light" during pole balancing, your body will significantly feel and display the effects of aging much more than at other times.

Each year during the months of late February until just after the March equinox, is the time the sun has finally "warmed up".  By this I mean the sun has become more active since its quiet period from November to January. Because intentions are related to the sun, this is a perfect time to renew our intentions to stay young, healthy and keep a positive mindset and outlook. 

From my experience after taking Apple Cider Vinegar after pole balancing it has been shown to create a healthy "glow" around my body. This glow is magnified considerably around the "life force" period. If you look at Apple Cider Vinegar you will see that it is made up of acetic acid, which is formed only by the Acetobacter family of bacteria, which are found everywhere in food, water, and soil.  Apple Cider vinegar is also full of butyric acid, which is loaded with hydrogen ions.  I believe the expansion of consciousness that occurs during pole balancing is related to the hydrogen ion.

From my personal experiences I have discovered a cycle that occurs with bacteria and the solar flare. 4 to 5 days before a solar flare eruption, the liver is stimulated. This is also a good time to concentrate your consciousness between your chest and head, while laying north. A few days after a solar flare the cosmic ray count usually increases, and the "white light" energy grows stronger.

Internal Renewal According to the Energy of the Sun

Around November the activity of the sun starts to decline or "go quiet" and by February the energy of the sun is increasing, and by March/April it is brimming with new life again. Because this new sun activity has a stronger renewed solar flux associated with it, this makes sense that the white light energy is less during February/March/April, thus contributing to a weaker immune system. I believe that 2 things are occurring during this time.  A "mental template" forms around March and a "physical template" forms around September/October. This explains why the light energy is much more stable when facing south during the pole balancing exercise during September/October as it is the white light energy that removes the aches and pains from the body.

Observations from abstaining from doing the pole balancing exercises for more than 10 days in a row resulted in a reduced expansion of consciousness, increased tension in the body, body aches related to aging would return and a feeling of "sluggishness" would start occurring.

How Life Giving Energy Enters our Earth

During a solar flare, the sun sends highly charged electrons towards earth in what is known as the solar wind. As these ions enter the earth through the north pole, they charge the magnetosphere generating trillions of watts.  This sends power into the upper atmosphere, creating the aurora borealis. Then they are drawn to the equilateral regions, and settle in a region known as the equilateral electrojet where the north and south magnetic flowing fields are most stable. It is no coincidence that wild growing longivity foods are naturally found in the tropical regions around the equator. We all know the Amazon rainforest is the only place on earth that is crawling with new life and thousands, if not millions of species of plants and animals thrive in this "life" zone.
Because these newly highly charged electrons are made up of magnetic fields, and our minds can influence and control the movement of electrons, Chi exercises, pole balancing and other life force exercises performed during periods of higher cosmic rays boosts the effectiveness of chi exercises. This is the same occurance used when results of good intention are increased when the sunspot activity is increasing.



With the exercise known as “pole balancing”, (which page 11 of the book goes into more detail about), is a short term name for Tablet #13 called the The Keys of Life and Death written by Toth, an Ancient Egyptian Priest.

Once you have performed this exercise properly for about 2 years, you will feel this energy naturally gather at the base of your abdomen, when facing either north or south. When you feel this you have opened what I call the “gateway”. As you feel this revising energy fill the lower part of your abdomen as you breathe in, hold it in, than slowly like a ballon, let it out. As you slowly let out this energy, you will feel the rejuvenative energies flood your body. It feels just like an “internal spring” or the sensations of a fresh mountain spring, springing forth from within. This “fountain” energy is maximized and at its strongest from late winter to early spring. And at peak levels during sunspot minimum

The energy that enters the body is coming from the sun. In a simple summary, a CME also known as a coronal mass ejection, ejects solar wind plasma from the poles of the sun. When the CME energy results in between 4 and 8 C Class Solar Flares (sometimes the number may be higher, other times it may be lower, but this key "frequency" is between 4 and 8), it causes a maximum stimulation of the body, which feeds this “fountain of youth” energy within.

Another guide to show you when these energies are strongest is to follow the 2MEV electron flow When the 2MEV electron flow levels start to reach above 8 or higher, especially for days in a row, which is most common around spring time, this energy is maximized. During solar cycles, it reaches its maximum levels during sunspots minimum.

How to Perform the Ancient Egyptian Pole Balancing Exercise

As mentioned previously, the Pole Balancing Exercise comes from The Emerald Tablets of Thoth. Tablet number XIII: The Keys of Life and Death. This information has survived for over 36,000 years. People who meditate or practice Yoga will find the pole balancing exercise extremely easy, fun and beneficial, because they can already readily relax and focus their minds. When doing the pole balancing exercise, the energy worked with is always going to feel different each time you do it, because energy is never destroyed, it returns in a different renewed form.

Here is a simple explanation of the exercise: To begin, lay down with your head facing north and start focusing your consciousness between your chest and head for 15 minutes, than face south for 15 minutes and imagine your thoughts between your stomach and feet.  When faced south, during intermediate pauses, you imagine both the north and south poles  of your body coming together at the same time, balancing out perfectly, independently of each other. You will than feel a "connection" start flowing from both these poles. This energy "bubbles" forth like a "fountain or spring" and feels rejuvenative to the body.

The Pole Balancing Exercise in Detail

1: Lay down with your head facing north and deeply relax the muscles in your body.  If you are new doing this, start at 10 minute intervals (After the 2nd or 3rd attempt of doing this, you can do it in 15 minute to 20 or even as long as 60  minute rotations). Make sure your body and  mind are completely relaxed and don't try to overdo the exercise, just do it in steps until you "feel the rhythm". If you  have a white noise mp3 track listen to this to help increase focus. To relax your body, begin by inhaling and  exhaling at 7 seconds in and 7 seconds out intervals, until you have developed your own breathing rhythm.

2: While laying down with your head facing north and tilted back slightly, hold your consciousness at exactly halfway between your chest and head. (you can visualize a sphere at this point and your consciousness wrapping around this imaginary sphere).

After a while feel the energy merging/unmerging together and absorbing the energy flow. Stay in this  position for a minimum of 15 minutes.

3: Next rotate your entire body so your head is facing south where your head was previously facing north, tilted back  slightly, and your feet facing north. Hold your thoughts at exactly halfway between your chest and your feet. Stay in this position for a  minimum of 15 minutes

4: While in this position facing south, each 7 times you breathe in or approximately each 7 energy surges (or when you  feel the energy is at full completion, and you can't draw anymore in) do the following:

Relax your abdomen, than your lower back muscles than your buttocks muscles.

Visualize both poles of your body coming together perfectly balanced with each other and let this new energy you feel flow  through the "astral center of your body" down to the base of your spine, up to where your arms meet in the center of your  body. A couple of times, visualize the energy reaching as high as to your upper shoulders and as high as your upper neck  muscles at the back of your head. 

After you get more advanced, you can send this light to the "center of your body" by visualizing yourself walking on a tightrope, and sending the energy into that area you use to keep your balance. If you have any stiffness or aches/pains in your body, send and hold this energy there also. I have used the brainfood formula with sesame seeds (see chapter) to help stabilize the white light in the center of the body with much success. To help hold the  energy in your body's center, you can imagine a thick molasses substance in the center of your body, that traps and holds  in this new energy in your body's center. As you perform this, you will feel this  energy arrive in "layers", kind of like a sandwich effect in your body. Fill these layers of your body while holding this energy in.

Hold this energy in these areas of your body and let it create its own rhythm. You will feel a new distinct vibration emerging. As you hold this energy in your body's center it will occur in "pulses" or "waves of energy". Do not hold in this white light too long,  just the right amount of time. If you hold it too long, it will create an out of sync vibration and the therapeutic  effects will be lessened. You will feel this occur if you hold it too long. This part is key, as long as you can master holding this energy in your body's center, you will feel the rejuvenating  energy take effect. This energy will feel like a White Light and your body will feel "recharged" as you align yourself  with this energy. You may feel "popping" sounds or feel dark energy burning away from your body. This is normal.

After you have "held in the white light energy" than go back to concentrating on holding your thoughts between your chest and feet, and than repeat the above again to capture the white light. The 2nd and 3rd times you hold in this light are the most powerful times you feel the energy.

Over time this gets easier and your  body will automatically learn to attract this energy and hold more of this energy in (this takes about 2 years).  It feels like the cells in your body start to invite and funnel this energy into them naturally. When you reach this level, you can pole balance for 15 mins a day and reap the rewards, and you don't need to face exactly magnetic north either. Magnetic declination constantly undergoes changes every few weeks caused by geomagnetic storms. However it is key to face magnetic east after the exercise as we shall see below:

5:  Next stand up and face east while in the exact same spot your lower abdomen was when you were laying down and hold both arms outwards slightly bent facing east, and you will feel a new wave of energy entering your body. You can tone the sound NNNNNNNN--RRRRR while facing east to help boost this energy flow.

After Pole Balancing don't do any heavy exercise for about 10 mins. If you get a "left facing feeling dizziness effect " when standing up after the exercise, than it is because you did not  face exactly south during the south facing exercise, or a "right feeling dizziness" you faced north longer than you faced south.

Used in combination with the proper diet, you can expect a long and happy life, as long as you don't get squashed by a  speeding train.

We can see this same process when used in the exercise of Qi Gong called "internal chi".

    The energy pressure comes from an internal intrinsic energy of Chi; Chinese call it “Yuan-Chi” (??), the original life energy that is inherent with our birth.  It is a mix of chemical energy, is highly concentrated, and exists inside the body.  Mental awareness is required for the pressurization of the energy; this combination and interaction is very important to us: without it we cannot think, talk or walk.  Life would be like a living death e.g., (a coma or vegetative state).

    When we are sleeping, the body has no energy pressure inside; it is like a flat tire; if anything crashes down, the body will be easily crushed.  When we sit on the sofa, it is like an under-inflated tire.  When we are standing up or walking around, the energy pressure inside the body is moderately relaxed.  In modern society, life is constantly changing and rushing; a person’s mind can be very stressed from too much thinking and worrying, which causes the energy pressure inside the body to over-expand and the person becomes uptight.

    This internal energy “Chi” is pressurized to help our body to sit up, stand up, serve coffee or tea, jump, punch and kick.  The way the energy pressure changes in the body is controlled by the mind’s progressive awareness.  Awareness that slowly increases or decreases, results in the slow motion of Tai Chi Chuan.  When awareness is sharply escalated, it can result in powerfully quick punches and kicks.  This is the same pressurized energy that trains the body to absorb punches and kicks.  It is called “iron shirt” (???) by Chinese martial artists.

    The pressure force begins from the center of the body in the lower abdomen, which connects the bottom base of the foot and to the tip of the fingers.  This center of the energy is known as “Tan Tien” (??).  “Tan Tien” literally translates as “Field of Cinnabar”.  It is located two inches below the naval; this is the field to be produced or cultivated for nourishment essential to the sustenance of life.  It is a very important point.

    When we practice Tai Chi Chuan, we should place our mind in the lower abdominal area, and let mind, body and energy act as one unit.  All the motions of Tai Chi Chuan are created by energy force from inside the body, rather than from the outer part such as the hand muscles.  Muscle force is very important to us, but it is secondary in Tai Chi Chuan training.  This is why Tai Chi Chuan is considered an internal martial art.

When you perform an internal movement correctly, you will feel the sensations of stretching and intense energy flowing across the junction in an otherwise relaxed body.

The appearance of internal movement is very deceptive. Most uninitiated observers will think it is a small, unremarkable, and simple movement and may opt for a more showy style. In fact, internal movement is demanding to learn, both mentally and physically. But, the results of the effort will be unparalleled in improving health and well-being and in the martial art application.
 
As a result, beginning practitioners often cite reduced or eliminated back pain and weakness as the first benefits of practicing Classical Tai Chi.

In the movement of pushing the arm forward, as shown at the beginning of this site, the elbow points downward and stays in front of the body. In

Tai Chi, or Taiji, is known as meditation in motion and is closely related to Qi Gong. Both meditation and certain types of Qi Gong follow a "top-down" approach, with the mind initiating the meditative state or the mind initiating the Qi flow. The effects and results of meditation are strongest during December, especially around the Winter Solstice.

Tai Chi follows more of a "bottom up" approach. It is the movement with the Internal Discipline that plays an important role in influencing the mental state of the practitioner. In order to perform the internal movements, the beginner must focus intensely inward trying to communicate with the long neglected nervous system in the torso. When the student becomes a proficient practitioner, playing the form becomes subconscious without the need to think. The mind is clear, except for the enjoyable sensation of internal energy flowing and stretching at the yin and yang junction. It is important to learn the Tai Chi form rigorously, so this sensation can circulate continuously in the body without break. Any fault in the form will break the continuity of the circulating Qi.
 

You’re in a convenience store, examining a can of Spam in one of the aisles. Suddenly a hooded man bursts through the door, pulls out a .45, and waves it in the cashier’s face demanding the contents of the cash register. You begin breathing shallowly, from the chest, as fear for you own life pervades you. Thoughts pinball through your mind: Will he shoot the cashier—and then me? Am I to die in a convenience store of all places? Where are the police?

The cashier complies; the robber bolts through the door. Your breathing slows and deepens and the thoughts in your mind slow. You become calm.

This scenario illustrates the connection between breathing and the mind: Breathe shallowly and quickly, and your mind generates a frenzy of thoughts. Breathe deeply, from the abdomen, and the thoughts slow and become manageable.

What has happened when you perceived danger was your body reacted with the fight-or-flight response—it’s kicked in the sympathetic nervous system, one of the two components of the autonomic nervous system. Your body floods with adrenaline from your adrenal glands as you prepare to confront the threat to your life.

As the threat passes you breathe deeply and the parasympathetic nervous system becomes engaged: heart rate slows, blood pressure returns to normal, adrenal glands stop pumping adrenaline into your system. Normality—you are calm and your body can return to normal operations, such as digestion.

The fight-or-flight response is vital for short-term situations—such as when our distant ancestors confronted deadly threats from saber-tooth tigers and immense short-snout bears. But if you are confronting a serious disease or condition, such as cancer or PTSD, your fear will trigger this response continuously, flooding your body with adrenaline and other chemicals such as cortisol. The effect? Your body cannot heal properly, as these substances compromise the immune system.

The solution? Learn to breathe deeply, expanding your abdomen and filling the lungs from the bottom up. You not only kick in the parasympathic nervous system but also provide much more oxygen to the blood, helping your immune system to operate at a high level.

And there’s another tremendous benefit from abdominal breathing: The lymphatic system, which relies on respiration and muscular action to work (it has no pump, such as the heart pumping the blood), will work much more efficiently. The lymphatic system contains vital elements of the immune system, such as the bone marrow—the blood factory—and the thymus gland, which kicks out T-cells, the body’s natural killer cells which destroy cancer and other invaders.

The lymphatic system does many things, such as producing lymphocytes that fight disease and removing toxins from the cells. If you are fighting cancer or another serious condition or disease, abdominal breathing is a crucial element in helping you win your fight.

You can learn abdominal breathing by expanding your abdomen as you breathe, focusing on filling the lungs with air from the bottom up. A good way to test if you’re doing it correctly is to lie on the floor and place a box of Kleenex on your stomach. As you breathe, the box will rise and fall with the motion of your stomach.

If you are fighting cancer, as I have many times years ago, you may be too tired from chemotherapy and/or radiation to do standing or moving qigong, tai chi chuan or yoga. But you can always lie down and breathe deeply, and still stimulate your immune system. It worked for me: four bouts of bone cancer, two bone marrow transplants between 1991 and 1996—and I’ve been clear ever since. Fifteen years of good health. I can’t catch a cold.

Pole Balancing Help Notes

If you perform this exercise in the morning, and you hold in the light, you will see that this "light energy" carries with it information creating a future "template" for the day, when it is strongest around October.  Think of consciousness as a journey, at times when you look out towards the horizon, the path can look "hazy" at times, but when you know the  conditions ahead, your confidence is renewed.

Sometimes this energy is accompanied by a high frequency  "ring" or "pitch" you will sometimes hear. If the information appears dark or intuitively you feel it might be a bad day, than instead imagine that this is the perfect day, and keep this thought simple and clear and you can turn a negative or bad day into a good  day. When you are holding this "white light in" at times it may feel like a green light. When this feeling occurs, this is the  life energy period maximized.

There is an interesting energy/exchange that occurs when you stay in the  same location over a period of time. It is like the fields of that location "remember" the energy exchanges that take  place, so it gets easier to pole balance in the same location over time.  After pole balancing for about 8 to 9 months, and you lay down on the ground and start doing the exercise, you will start to feel this rejuvenative life force energy gather in and around your abdomen automatically when facing south.  This is good and should be encouraged as this energy that revitalizes the body, saves you having to mentally generate it. 

Health and Mental Effects Gained from Pole Balancing

Also after pole balancing, you will feel a "leap" in consciousness. Your mental clarity and alertness will greatly increase and new ideas, information and ways to solve problems easily manifest, your physical reflexes are also substantially increased. Also you will find over time that you will be able to outperform younger  people in both physical and mental tasks, probably because you have received new energy and information. Your body's muscle tone will look younger and healthy. Old soul issues that you had when you were younger will resurface and you will learn to deal with them.  The most exciting part is the good karma, joy and emotional energies that are associated  with peak youth, return to your lifestyle and everything changes for the better.

Because aches and pains occur in the body at different times, when I first began, I plotted the months that these aches and pains gather in various parts of the body. Around Dec/Jan they will occur in the upper neck and shoulders, and around May/June around the chest area. These "growing pains" can be neutralized by sending the white light energy into  these areas. These pains also seem most prevalent around 3 to 4 weeks before the upcoming  solstice/equinox. The weeks before an equinox/solstice is a period of growth/change. This can affect the fields of the body making it more susceptible to illness. During this period, be aware when the solar flux levels are higher for more than 3 days in a row and limit the amount of time holding in the white light energy. Unless this sustained solar flux occurs during the "life force" period, than it is not a danger.

One powerful healing ability of the Ancient Egyptian Pole Balancing Exercise is it removes aches and pains from the body, and if you have minor sprains I have used it with much success to greatly accelerate the healing minor sprains / injures.

Foods to Boost Effectiveness of Pole Balancing

The Indian herb Asafoetida will greatly help stimulate the flow of energy in your chest, boost your concentration, and calm your nervous system. If you are first using this, mix it with grape juice to neutralize the taste until you get used to it.  I use a mix of coffee and asatoedia for best results. Eating foods that absorb solar electrons is a great way to boost the effectiveness of life force exercises, especially when the cosmic rays are higher. During these times I have had great success taking 2 tablespoons of Sesame Seeds 20 minutes before pole balancing. It seems to increase the conductivity of the energies greatly.

It's not the actual increased cosmic rays that create the rejuvenation, but their interaction with a so far undiscovered layer in the sky, possibly the magnetosphere. Just as we now know that the F1 and F2 layers exist above us, so to is this other layer, which has yet to be discovered.  I believe the cosmic rays interact with this layer forming a type of ozone similar to the positive singlet oxygen that boosts the T cells in our body.

After pole balancing, take raw organic apple cider vinegar with spring water.  When you do this during periods of higher cosmic rays, or the "life force" period, the body attains a fantastic "glow" and you only need take a little apple cider. Another mix that works after the Ancient Egyptian Pole Balancing Exercise: Lemon  Juice + 2 Drops Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide in Distilled Water + 1/2  Avocado. Next wait 3 mins and take Apple Cider  Vinegar. Next take an apple + 1 pinch of Himalayan Salt + 2-3  tbs of Canola Oil + Drinking Water. 4-6 hrs later take Borage  Oil.

Laying Down with The Head Pointed North

When done properly, I have successfully layed north and removed a toothache, disappearing altogether after the pole balancing. I just sent the white light to the toothache and areas related to the pain and the cause of toothache. This effect is greatly amplified when you take cashew nuts, cashew apples, or cashew shell oil before hand.

From personal observations I have also noticed that meditation is much easier when these lines are smoother also, indicating that our consciousness is somehow linked with the geomagnetic energy of the earth.

Laying South
When facing south and holding in the energy, sometimes your environment will give you "clues" that you have done enough.  Don't over do it, but only until your body feels "recharged". Each day the energy will feel different, maintain the protocol. During south facing the energy sometimes will have a  "pulse" feeling effect in the layers as it enters your body. The white light energy may sometimes feel "dry" or not as strong, however there is always balance andf when it does  return it returns stronger, restoring your body. Just a few days before a solar flare, this white light energy seems less. Another way to help hold in  the regenerating white light energy is to imagine/visualize what it feels like to stand on 1 leg, trying to keep your  balance, and allow this white light energy to flow, gather in and hold this light energy in that center/balance area/location of your body, or as the ancient tablet says "holding it in thy balance". Another way to help increase the white light energies, is to place a thin slab of granite facing east and using a series of rotating magnets, spin them in front of the granite slab over the entire area of the granite for about 1 to 2 minutes.  Next place the "charged" slab of granite just above your groin area and on your chest, than "hold in" the white light  energies. You will feel a tremendous increase in the energies when you do this. Automatic shoe polishers make excellent rotating magnet devices. I have also placed the thin slab of granite on my chest without using the rotating magnets and it still picks up the charges fairly well. Don't overdo this as once again, excessive use of rejuvenative substances can damage the body.
If you are having trouble generating the white light, than think of both the north and south poles of your body balancing out independently with each other, than allow the energy to spring forth.   It gets easier over time as you practice it. General Guidelines:
Higher 2mev - Face South 70% longer than usual (holding in the
incoming energy) and north facing 30% of the session.
Higher 1mev - Face North 70% longer than usual and south facing 30% (with less holding in of the south incoming energy)
Higher solar flux - Less or no holding in the white light, especially between late February until late March. Foods to take: More simple carbohydrate foods, which give the brain added energy.
Higher Cosmic Rays - Rebuilds the body. Foods to take: Complex Carbohydrate foods, which help rebuild the body.
Long Term Higher Solar Flux (3 days or more) - Rebuilds teeth and bones. Foods to take, Yogurt, Keifer and probiotics.

The Recurrent CHHSS
 
The recurrent CHHSS is the most powerful life rejuvenating storm and usually occurs within 2 to 3 days after a solar flare.   This is when the magnosphere becomes highly charged. It lasts on average 3 days. This "window" does not always happen after each solar flare however, so you have to look for the proper parameters.
The "window of life" can be found when these solar variables all come together:

The Solar Wind Speed: Between 275 and 320
Cosmic Rays: Increasing
Earth's Geomagnetic Activity (or KP): At moderate to high levels
The Suns Solar Flux: Low
The BZ Direction of the Sun: South
Solar Conditions: Recurrent CHHSS.

From this I concluded that there are 3 main factors when white light is strongest.

1: The apogee of the moon (when the moon is furtherest from the earth)
2: A quiet solar flux
3: Strongest around September/October

And at these periods the white light is weakest.

1: The perigee of the moon (when the moon is closest to the earth. It reaches its maximum close proximity every 8 months)
2: A higher solar flux.

3: Before or after 4 weeks before the March equinox.

Interesting facts about cosmic rays:
Cosmic rays are composed of over 90% hydrogen protons, similar to the hydrogen content in sea water. When you water plants with a 12% solution of seawater, you get significant growth. Cosmic rays striking the atmosphere are high in the minerals beryllium-10, carbon-14, and chlorine-36, which are deposit themselves in rain and  snow. Beryllium happens to be an alkaline mineral. Carbon is in the thermal conductivity range similar to clay.

Best Seasonal Conditions for Pole Balancing

During Summer practice Pole Balancing at noon heading into afternoon towards Fall.
During Fall/Autumn practice Pole Balancing in late afternoon to early evening heading into sunset towards winter.

Stimulation of the Body via The Sun

When doing pole balancing around the times of solar flares, the following effects occur in the body:

Days 8, 6, 5, and 4 before flare - Kidneys and liver are stimulated.

What is interesting to note, this is the same time that the KP levels or earth's geomagnetic energy are usually at their lowest. I believe this is a time the body naturally removes toxins and metals from the body, getting ready for renewal.
Days 3, 2 and 1 before flare - Holding consciousness between chest and head is easier.
Day of Flare and 3 to 4 days after flare - Entire body is stimulated.
Days 4 through 8 after flare or when cosmic rays are higher - Holding thoughts between chest and feet is easier. The Astral part of the body is significantly strengthened.

From this we can conclude that these cycles are affecting our consciousness and we can use these cycles to maximize our health and well being.

Best Moon Phases: When the moon is 1/2 full (also known as the moons 1st and last quarters).  This is due to an increased electrostatic field. Moon Apogee (further from the earth).

Best Time of Day: Pole Balancing in the Morning around April/May. Pole Balancing in the evening hours around  October/November.

Best Locations: Locations to perform life force exercises are areas where negative ions are higher such as: Near the Ocean, and waterfalls.  

Best Metrological Conditions: Another very powerful time to do the pole balancing exercise is just after a  thunderstorm or rainstorm.  This is when a large number of negative ions are in the air. Only 15% of negative ions are inhaled, whereas our skin absorbs 85% of the negative ions in the surrounding air.

There is an indicator of the sun called the sun's BZ. The most beneficial time to perform Tai Chi and other life force generation exercises is when the Sun's BZ points south. The BZ direction changes on average every 8 days, and it can point in any direction after a solar flare.

A quote from Christopher Russell, a Professor of Geophysics and Space Physics at UCLA, "When Bz is south, that is, opposite Earth's magnetic field, the two fields link up," explains   "You can then follow a direct line of sight, or  field line from Earth directly into the solar wind.  It is like a special alignment occurs" -- or from the solar wind to  Earth. South-pointing Bz's open a door through which energy from the solar wind can reach Earth's atmosphere. Southward  Bz's often herald widespread auroras, triggered by solar wind gusts or coronal mass ejections that are able to inject  energy into our planet's magnetosphere".  My theory is that because our magnetosphere is so powerfully charged during this time, the energy "fills in the template of renewal" with this "longtitudual" effect possibly drawing energy from the past to renew the present.

Best Surfaces to Perform Pole Balancing

The best soil surfaces to practice life force exercises on are Sandy, Limestone, Volcanic, Moist Clay or Sandstone type soils. These soils attract the newly evolving energies the strongest. Metals and objects with a high thermal conductivity rating will capture these newly emerging energies extremely well. Materials with high thermal conductivity also readily absorb sulphurs. These are Granite, Clay, Carbon, Barium and limestone. Good thermal conductivity ranges are from 1.5 and no higher than 4.0, as you want to keep the porus (spongy) air pockets. A good example of this are the ancient Egyptian Carbon Healing Rods. These have a thermal conductivity rating of 1.7. When you hold them in a special shape and rotate them, your body becomes fully charged of energy that you can physically feel. There are numerous websites online that discuss this topic further. I have also used a small iron bar aligned east to west between my chest and feet when facing south to help accelerate the energies, and also used strips of iron placed beneath both legs when facing south.

Effects on the Body just before a Solar Flare

24 hours before a solar flare erupts: Body aches, emotions moody, trees may loose their leaves, more stress felt in the environment, the local atmospheric pressure  feels different, amythest crystals change color, scents, odors and smells change.  In coastal mountainous regions, the fog hugs closer to the ground, weather conditions may become erratic.

Life is always evolving, striving to attain a state of perfection, harmony and everlasting health. It is my belief that the earth goes through natural "cleansing" stages to help restore itself and reset the life on the earth, to make way for renewal and restoration. Examples of this over the long term include ice ages, and over the shorter term, new radiation belts.  The most recent being on March 24 1991 when a new radiation belt formed around earth.

Here is another method I used to use to help recharge the body using thought and sunlight: Mix - 1/3rd white mushroom, and drinking water, + 3 Tbs  Hemp Oil + 1 Slice of Potato + 1 Tbs Spirulina + 1 Tbs Brewers Yeast + 1/2 Shiitake  Mushroom + N. Pole Water + 4 hazel nuts  + 1/2 Brazil Nut + 3 drops of Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide. Next lie  down in the sun, and allow the suns rays to penetrate  your body and visualize all ingredients working  synergistically together to rejuvenate the body.

Next take Cumin Seed, Banana, 2 Sesame Seeds + Flax Oil
Raw unpasturized honey can also increase the physical energy in the body.

Geomagnetic Forces and Their Effect Upon the Body

All living things once originated in the ocean, and as the lifeforms got more advanced, they evolved onto the earth. A solar flare (also known as coronal mass ejections) can produce two periods of magnetic disturbances. The first is associated with high-energy protons and ions lasting a few minutes. These highly charged particles buffets earth's magnetosphere resulting in extraordinary variations in Earth's surface magnetic field.

The layer above our earth that ham radio operators use to increase the range of their signals is called the F2 layer. During periods of higher solar activity, the F2 layer becomes highly charged, turning into a dense field of plasma. It is during this time there are rarely more than 1 million electron-ion pairs in a cubic centimeter. This increase is measured in what is known as the "Suns Solar Flux."

Between 1 and four days later, a dense mass of low to medium energy protons and ions (See chapter Speed Kills, but Slow Lasts Forever) made up of the solar wind surround earth. This results in a geomagnetic storm lasting for a day or two.  This period of activity is known as the "Recurrent CHHS".

In oil carrying pipelines the pipe-to-soil voltages actually increase during this recurrent chhs period. The high currents manifest with increased rates of corrosion, especially if these pipes are are stationed east to west and in high latitude regions.  Quote from Nasa Science: "Ground currents induced during geomagnetic storms can actually melt the copper windings of transformers at the heart of many power distribution systems." Transformers use oil to keep them cool. It is important to point out that not all solar flare storms produce higher geomagnetic activity.  Sometimes both disturbances occur, other times only the single disturbance occurs.

Electrical equipment can sometimes mimic the activity of a solar flare. The degradation of insulation in some electrical appliances causes a strong electric field to occur, which ionizes the air and excites nitrogen molecules, causing an emission of ultraviolet radiation.  This corona effect degrades the insulation level of the appliance and produces ozone and to a lesser extent nitrogen oxide which may subsequently react with water in the air to form nitrous acid and nitric acid vapour in the surrounding air.

A simple guide to follow regarding geomagnetic activity

Higher geomagnetic activity that occurs at the exact same time a solar flare occurs with a higher solar flux activity, I believe is most destructive to the body. If the geomagnetic storm occurs with the moon in perigee, the negative effects will be much more pronounced. Higher solar flux activity has been shown to increase emotional anxiety and stress.  This can be turned into a positive, using this energy to increase our thought processes, powers of intention and performing exercising of the body.

Scientific Validation Linking Geomagnetic Activity and Health

Geomagnetic activity varies in wavelength, frequency and pulsation. In July 1984, researcher Mr. Blackman told the Bioelectromagnetics Society that local geomagnetism is a critical variable in experiments,  and explained why researchers had trouble reproducing biomagnetic experiments.  It was because the results from these biological experiments varied with the local geomagnetism of their area.  The labs trying to reproduce the same experiments were in different regions, where the geomagnetic activity was higher, lower or of varying wavelengths.  This validates the theory that some geographic regions have areas where people will routinely suffer from poorer mental or physical health, compared to other regions.

Above is a typical geomagnetic storm.  It is these storms, when excessive, that cause the most damage to the upper part of the body, especially those living in higher elevations.

We know that heart attacks occur most on Mondays, the day that everyone is returning to work.  It is possible this huge wave of energy from moving cars, monday morning stress etc., creates a negative localized  terrestrial magnetic field that affects those most vulnerable. And people who work late at night are more susceptible to ill health, than those that work during the day. Once again, they are not in "rhythm" with the locally generated terrestrial field.

A number of scientific studies done, most notably by the Russians, have shown clear connections between geomagnetic activity and negative health consequences.  The effects of geomagnetic storms include neuro-psychic disorders, effects on pineal hormone melatonin production, constricted blood circulation in the brain and alterations in the concentrations of lipids (high levels of lipids will suppress the ability of fermentation of SCFA (Short Chain Fatty Acids). From this we can conclude that increased levels of geomagnetic energy affect mainly the upper part of the body.

Because having the right mental attitude is important to good health, if you allow these negative geomagnetic storms to affect  your thinking, over the long term it will contribute to illness.

 I have also noticed from personal observation, that people with mental disorders who live at higher latitudes, where geomagnetic energy is stronger, during a major geomagnetic storm their behavior is significantly more "erratic".

The brain and how we think is linked to our immune system.  Our thoughts are electromagnetic waves, just like the solar flux of the sun is composed of electromagnetic waves.  The physical body and local geomagnetic energy of a person's living environment are closely linked.  A sudden change in an existing routine can weaken the immune system.  We all know of the famous "retirement effect" where after working for the same job, living in the same area, and doing the same thing for 20 years, when the person retires, they just "die" all of a sudden. The routine that sustained life for so long is now interrupted.
Research has shown that 10o?=15% of the population is predisposed to adverse health due to geomagnetic variations. Those that are most affected by the effects of geomagnetic activity are the elderly. Research has shown that arterial blood pressure values will increase two days prior to a geomagnetic storm and these values will remain constant for up to two days after the storm.  Researcher Kuleshova showed a o?=negativeo?= influence of magnetic storm and geomagnetic pulsations on patients with cardio-vascular system diseases strongly decreases in summer, but in the winter time it increases. From this we can conclude that during winter is the best time to look after our cardiovascular system (heart).

Cuban and Mexican studies have shown that higher solar/geomagnetic activity affects 4 main areas. 1: The male population behave differently from the female population.  2: The most  vulnerable age group to geomagnetic perturbations is that of 65 years old.  3: There is a tendency for myocardial infarctions (death or occurrence) to increase one day after a geomagnetic storm.  4: The myocardial infarctions (death or occurrence) increases as the geomagnetic perturbation increases. These increases are strongest in April and September/October.

Because mold has been linked to depression (mold growth is accelerated around fall/autum) and mental disorders, geomagnetic storms which are high around the September equinox, show increased negative mental disturbances, especially affecting the elderly living at high latitudes.

Another fact contributing to negative health conditions on the body is the speed of the solar wind. Research has also shown that when the solar wind remains above 355 for a number of days, people generally feel more "fatigued". It is my theory that the toxins that have built up in the body during this time become more toxic during this time, contributing to negative health conditions. If the body has the right nutrition during these times, the negative effects are lessened.

Combating the Effects of Negative Geomagnetic Activity

If you are in good health and of reasonable age, the effects of increased geomagnetism are lessened, but your body will be affected by long periods of high solar winds.  Especially if you are an athlete or perform lots of physical activity.

Just as many longivity foods when taken in excessive quantities cause problems, and your body gains the most benefit when taking the right portion. Geomagnetic activity also has a "window" period, where the energy can heal and rejuvenate the body. This window can be found in the Templates of Renewal and the Realignment of Health, Harmony and Perfection chapter.

It is this "window" period that I believe is what allows these trees to grow thousands of years, and to this day still reproduce.  Because the worlds longest living trees grow at a high altitude on soil that is rich in dolomite (chemically dolomite is a calcium magnesium carbonate in a 2:1 ratio), and calcium has been shown to increase cell to cell communication, during this "life force" storm that occurs, the cell to cell communication increases significantly, allowing the body to rebuild itself at this time faster than at other times. The life force "window" periods occur strongest in April and September, with minor periods throughout the year, spread out over a period of weeks. 

Jet Lag and Higher Geomagnetic Activity Are Both the Same

The effects of jet lag are extremely similar to the effects felt on the body during a geomagnetic storm. From this we can conclude that Jet Lag is really a reaction occurring in the body from encountering new terrestrial geomagnetic energy. This is  because when a person spends a lot of time in one place it creates an "equilibrium" in that environment. 

Here is the link between the two simply explained: People who fly on planes flying  north to south experience zero jet lag, but only experience jet lag only when flying east to west.  During geomagnetic storms pipelines placed in a  north/south orientation show little to no corrosion damage, however pipelines aligned east-west experience tremendous corrosion damage.  The worst effects occur if the person happened to be flying east to west during a geomagnetic storm and landed at a location of high elevation, and most of all was elderly.

From this we can conclude that foods that cure jet lag, will also be high in elements that protect the body from periods of high geomagnetic activity. Geomagnetic Storms have been shown to decrease melatonin levels in the body. Melatonin is found in the gut, and retina of the eyes, and is used to counteract jet lag.  Melatonin recently has been added to the list of one of the most powerful antiaging supplements  available. Because melatonin taken over the long term can cause depression, and contribute to irregular sleep cycles, it is best to take  melatonin only during periods of higher geomagnetic activity. This also proves that it is not the body that is adjusting to the new location, or being affected by geomagnetic storms, but the bacteria in the stomach that is affecting the body. As an interesting side note, there is an ancient chinese exercise called the Immortal Imitating the Lazy Tiger Stretch that is used as a jet lag remedy.

Substances and foods that help the body recover from exercise are also used to remedy jet lag. Vitamin B6, Melatonin, 300mg of Glutamine and Vitamin C which all synergize together are a great jet lag "cure". Glutamine to Melatonin ratios should be 2:1.  The Vitamin B6 to Vitamin C ratio should be 1:3. Glutamine, Melatonin and Vitamin B6 also boost Human Growth Hormone Levels.
 
We can also produce more melatonin in our bodies by exposing our bodies to direct sunlight and by eating foods high in melatonin which include: oats, sweet corn, rice, ginger, barley, cabbage, carrot, cherries, apple, pineapple, onion, tomato, cucumber, kiwi fruit, strawberries, and asparagus. Tryptophan boosts melatonin levels, and is most effective when taken in conjunction with Tyrosine.

Try this experiment, at the next geomagnetic storm, take more Beta Carotene or Vitamin E (usually found in carrots and wheat germ) before bed and see how you feel the next morning. You will wake up the next morning refreshed, re-charged and energized, especially if you have exercised on the day of the storm.

Other Jet Lag Remedies include: Epsom Soak bath. Herbs that cure jet lag: Lavender, rosemary and geranium (which synergizes with green tea), jujube, ginseng, longan, biota, reishi, wheatberry, poria and lily.

The Healing Power of Propolis

Propolis was used in ancient times by the Egyptians, Greeks and Romans for the healing of skin lesions and to speed up slow healing wounds.  Propolis is a powerful healing substance that fights infection and destroys harmful bacteria. The name propolis comes from the Greek term "defender of the city". It is a resinous substance bees collect from tree buds, leafy stalks and the young twigs of certain trees.  It is usually dark brown, can vary in color (red, green, black) from hive to hive depending on the tree  source from which is collected.  Obviously darker shades are more nutrient rich. It has a pleasant aroma of poplar buds and honey.
When bees gather the resin, they add their own enzymes, pollen and wax. Bee propolis is composed from 50% resins and  balsams, 30% waxes, 10% essential oils, 5% pollen, minerals and is rich in amino acids and vitamins. The key compounds of  propolis are the bioflavonids. Foods highest in bioflavonids exist in the anti-aging category of foods and include green tea, red wine, legumes, onions, berries, citrus fruits, soy protein and lecithin. Propolis is also collected from the sap or juice secreted by trees fighting their own infection and disease. This "stress" the trees currently undergo, boosts their immune system, thus making Propolis a powerful immune system booster for our body.

What is Propolis used for?

For many centuries people believed that propolis was used in the hive to seal small holes and to protect it from wind and cold.  But after years of research, today it's believed that propolis is used not only to protect the hive from rain and winter drafts, but more importantly to prevent diseases and parasites from entering the hive and to inhibit bad bacterial growth -  making the interior of the hive one of the most sterile environments found in nature. If however an insect finds its way  into the hive, the bees will coat it with propolis, mummyfying it.  This prevents bad bacterial growth from spreading throughout the hive.

Propolis is also a form of natural antibiotic showing potential to fight colds to arthritis. It strengthens the immune system by increasing leukocyte activity and antibody formation and builds up your resistance to colds, flu and infections. And unlike synthetic antibiotics, the beneficial bacteria essential for human health is not killed from Propolis. Propolis has been shown to inhibit the growth of cultures of human and animal tumor cells, including breast carcinoma, melanoma,  colon, and renal carcinoma cell lines (Grunberger et al, 1988) and ovary  cancer cells in hamsters and mice (Ross,1990). 

A substance called Artepillin C has been isolated from propolis and has been shown to have a cytotoxic effect on human gastric carcinoma cells and human lung cancer cells. (Kimoto, et al, 1995). Green Brazilian propolis, which grows near the equator, is found to be richest in Artepillin C.

Antiviral - Research has been showing a positive effect of propolis on the virulence and the duplication of some virus  lineages, such as herpes  and adeno virus.
Antimicrobial - Propolis shows very powerful antibiotic and anti-fungal properties.

Antioxidant - The flavonoids concentrated in propolis are powerful antioxidants, and have been shown to be capable of  scavenging free radicals and thereby protecting lipids and other compounds such as Vitamin C from being oxidized or destroyed.
Immunomodulator - Propolis activates immune cells which produce cytokines. The results help to explain the anti-tumour  effect produced by propolis.

Anesthetic - The ethanolic extract of propolis (40g in 100 ml of ethanol 70%), was reported to be 3-5 times stronger than  the cocaine used as an anesthetic, which was introduced in dental practice, in the old Soviet Union  in 1953.

Propolis has also been found to be useful in the following: sore throats, flu, colds, respiratory infections, coughs, acne, burns, cancer, herpes zoster, fatigue, bruises, nasal congestion, respiratory ailments, skin disorders, sunburn, shingles, ulcers, wounds, allergies, colon cancer and has anti-inflammatory properties. In one experience, a user of Propolis was mowing the lawn and something had gotten stuck in the lawnmower. He decided quite foolishly to clear it with his hands and  that is when a couple of his fingers got caught in the machine. After several days in the hospital, doctors told him they would have to amputate one of his fingers. He left the hospital and started treating his wounds locally with propolis.  After a month, the only sign of the accident was the missing tip of one of his fingers. Propolis combines well with Flax Seed.

Another bee like substance is Manuka Honey.  It is an extremly powerful healer for open wounds and sores and in many cases will heal where antibiotics fail.  It also speeds the healing of burns.It has mild antibacterial and antiseptic properties due to its relatively high acidity (pH of 3.2 to 4.5) and low water content. When mixed with body fluids (as on a skinned knee), glucose in honey is slowly converted to antiseptic hydrogen peroxide, leading to its use as a topical ointment.

Calendula heals cuts.  And if you mix it with melted beeswax you have a powerful natural antibiotic healing ointment you can add to your skin to prevent infection and heal wounds and cuts.


The Facts About Drinking Distilled Water

Many, many of you are confused about whether distilled water is safe or poses a threat to the health of the body. I say that distilled water, when taken only for detoxification is safe when used very short term. Distilled water has no nutritional value because it is free of dissolved minerals. Studies validate the benefits of drinking distilled water when  one is seeking to cleanse or detoxify the system for short periods of time.

Distilled water is an active absorbent and is oxidizing with a +ORP of +200 to +300mv.  When it comes into contact with air, it absorbs carbon dioxide, making  it acidic with ph levels of around 5.8. The more distilled water a person drinks, the higher the body acidity becomes. 

According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, o?=Distilled water, being essentially mineral-free, is very  aggressive, in that it tends to dissolve substances with which it is in contact with. The longer one drinks distilled water, the more likely the development of mineral deficiencies will occur. The more  mineral loss, the greater the risk for osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, hypothyroidism, coronary artery disease, high blood  pressure and a long list of degenerative diseases generally associated with premature aging.

How Electrons Change Food Structure

I believe that because solar flares emit huge amounts of solar electrons they affect everything on the earth.  During major solar flares during a perigee moon there are more electrons that need "quenching", which can be done by taking large doses of antioxidants.

There is always an equal reaction that occurs when a molecule gives up  its energy. Why antioxidants work is because they readily give up electrons, oxidizing themselves, allowing them to fight fight free radicals. 

Enzymes in our stomach behave much the same way, they give up their molecules, which explains why some enzymes have antioxidant properties. We can see this effect also occurring when light strikes blue green algae, the DNA repairing process occurs in a fraction of a second, due to the chemical reaction which is molecule based.

Ionized water is created in a similar manner when it is bombarded with excess electrons.  Ionizing water gives it an excess number of electrons, creating the high negative ORP values, thus allowing it to oxidize upon making contact with free radicals. Ionized water cannot be sold in stores because the ORP numbers disappear when exposed to air, heat or light. 

Foods can be divided up into 2 main categories; electron donators and electron absorbers. Electron absorbing foods help rebuild the body and are high in alkaline proteins.  These include: Chlorella, Spirulina and flaxseed.

Electron donating substances enhance electron transport function in the cells.  They readily bind to oxygen. These include the alkaline metals.  Alkali metals have the lowest ionization potentials in  their respective periods, meaning they ionize easily.  Alkaline metals include: Gold, Potassium, lithium, sodium, zinc, rubidium and cesium.  These metals are highly reactive when exposed to water.

Substances that donate electrons include: Alpha lipoic acid, acetyl L-carnitine, Alpha-Gluteric acid, Selenium, Chromium, Magnetite, Sea Salt, Coenzyme Q10, DMG, L-Carnitine, Ferulic acid, grape seed extract, Organic raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar.

Growing/Making Your Own Foods

By growing your own foods, it offers many advantages, first of all you don't have to use pesticides and second you can eat it straight after harvest, when the nutrients are at their peak, and thirdly you don't have to worry about food shortages. Plus as an added side advantage you save more money and get to spend time working with the earth, which also has therapeutic effects.

Here are some tips to help create great crop yields:
Before you plant your seeds, soak them in a weak solution of food grade hydrogen peroxide for 8 to 10 hours. This boosts growth significantly.
Add magnetite (also known as iron oxide powder) to the soil.  You only need a very, very little amount, as too much will "burn" the plants.  Water plants with a 12% solution of seawater to freshwater.
Water plants with a 12% solution of Ormus and freshwater.
Spray the leaves with a light percentage of food grade hydrogen peroxide to boost oxygen absorption and increase the good bacteria in the soil.

When you water plants with magnetic water, they grow bigger and are a lot more healthier, and as an added bonus, insects and pests will not attack them.

To boost the growth of plants, take a 6 foot high plastic, clay, iron or copper tube, and fill it with sand and a small amount of magnetite (iron oxide sand), and place in your garden. This creates a beneficial vibration in the surrounding air, which your plants thrive on. This device is sometimes known as a "cosmic tower" or "cosmic pipe". There are some good internet sites that can go into more detail about this.

Magnetic Water and its Restorative Effects

Out of all the "healing" waters proven to heal and sustain good health the 3 best are:  1: Ionized water (or water with lots of negative ORP's) 2: Hard Mineral Waters and 3: Magnetic water.

Many ancient texts, including the bible, mention that we come from the soil of the earth.  Soil contains numerous amounts of aerobic bacteria, the same bacteria that exist in spring water.  When we charge normal spring water using a magnetic charger, this bacteria in the water renews the body.

Magnetic water occurs naturally in the earth. The proclaimed healing powers of various naturally occurring baths at places such as Lourdes, France, Sedona, Arizona and Jesus Chahino?=s well in Tlacote, Mexico.  These are locations where there is reportedly higher naturally occurring magnetic energy in the ground.  One way to naturally magnetize water is to run it through 30 feet of sand where it will emerge negatively poled because of the effect of minute quartz sand crystals.  This water than emerges saturated with oxygen that is able to kill germs,  builds bodily strength and supports the immune system. This water shows a change of temperature, surface tension,  viscosity and electrical conductivity.
Making your own magnetic water is extremely affordable, especially if you live near a fresh flowing spring. It uses the energy of the earth to change the structure of spring water into a form that is easily absorbed by the cells of the body, resulting in stronger nails, teeth and in some cases will reverse grey hair.

Magnetic water is made from cylinders filled with iron oxide (magnetite) that are placed inside or upon the bare earth.  Spring water (which also comes from the ground) soaks up the energy from these cylinders.  When you drink this charged water during the "life force" periods, you can feel significant renewal of the body occurring. The "discharge" of this energy is significantly higher during periods of higher humidity, a perigree moon and during the "life force" storm period. Magnetic water readily re-connects with any alkaline substance. Examples are farmers who add limestone (which is alkaline and neutralizes  acidity) to their soils for better crops.  At "life force" intervals when this new energy arrives, it reconnects with the aerobic bacteria in the soil  bringing life to it.

Spring water, which is used to make magnetic water, is higher  in natural sulphurs than regular tap water. Hot springs are really just spring water that has lots of  sulphur in it from the volcanic activity making the spring water hot. Geothermal hot springs also happen to be  places where telluric current is strong, proving that these bacteria travel on telluric currents. This is why you find aerobic bacteria everywhere  from the depths of the ocean to other planets.

Other unique facts about magnetic water:
When you water plants with magnetic water, they grow bigger and are a lot more healthier, and as an added bonus, insects and pests will not attack them.
Place a cup of charged water on the soil for 8 to 12 hours to boost its energy.
Between 1 and 1 1/2 cups is the minimal amount to drink for beneficial effects.
After drinking magnetic water, its rejuvenative effects peak in the body in 3 hours, after which time if you still feel you need more, than more can be taken every 3 hours.
Add a small amount of ordinary tap water, filtered water or water treated by reverse osmosis to the charged water to give it more energy. When you drink magnetic water and the PH level of the air is more acidic, the rejuvenative effects felt the next morning are significantly stronger. This is because when the air is more acidic, and the stomach, which supports the immune system is acidic, it gives it a "boost".  Another reason is because in the body foods such as Vitamin C, (ascorbic  acid), which are acidic, help absorb nutrients, this same effect occurs in the air and environment that we live in.

From experience in experimenting with magnetic water I have come across some very interesting facts. During times of higher solar flux activity, when the X-Ray Background levels are at 4.0 or below, I would stand in front of the magnetic water chargers, take a cup of magnetic water, holding it to my chest and visualize a stream of energy flowing into my body while repeating, "beneficial energy to beneficial parts of my body to the beneficial energy level."  What would happen during these times was I received more "energy" and the lucidity of my dreams increased significantly, especially when I had Roquefort Blue Cheese with Reishi Mushroom Powder for dinner.  From this I theorize that because magnetic water changes the structure of the hydrogen ions in water, consciousness must be linked to hydrogen, as the sun is fueled by hydrogen atoms. When the sun has more activity, such as that occurs during a higher solar flux, the magnetic water chargers resonate to this activity more, thus creating an expansion in consciousness and awareness.

Foods high in Nitrogen, Ammonia, and Methylamine will bind easily to magnetic water, increasing the effectiveness of magnetic water. 

These foods are good to eat as a dinner before taking magnetic water: Blue Cheeses,  Onions or onion powder, Potatoes, Sardines, Coffee, Malt, Salted Tea. Plants include Menthaaquatica, Sun Dried Chillis,  Black Current and Tomato.  It also binds easily to Inks and Paint Thinner.  Other foods to take include water soluble foods such as Red Wine, Oats or Oat Bran  Powder, Flaxseeds, Guar Gum,  Wheat, Konjac Root (fiber, Fenugreek Powder, Ginger, Apple Pectin, Psyllium  Husk, Dandelion Powder.  These foods also bind  easily with alkaline proteins such as cottage cheese, keifer,  yogurt etc.
Taking foods high in polyphenols next also seems to help boost the effects. Foods high in Polyphenols are Olives and Apples.

The Power of Hydrogen

Hydrogen comes from food that supplies the needed protons and electrons for the mitochondria electron transport chain to make ATP. We  each use about one-half pound of pure hydrogen every day just for the production of ATP. Attaching hydrogen to a molecule means lending energy to it.

The power of hydrogen lies in being able to effectively alter its bonds. Magnetically charged water also has water that has had its hydrogen bonds disrupted. When the hydrogen bonding is disrupted, it has extremely powerful healing properties.  The strand of our DNA is made up of 2 strands of hydrogen, and because hydrogen is lighter than air, it allows for excellent absorption and penetration of the cells. Hydrogen Bonds also carry a weak electrostatic field, and as this book has shown, natural compounds that have electrostatic fields have significant rejuvenative effects on the body.

The other compound in nature that disrupts hydrogen bonds are proteins.  From this we can conclude that the enzymes bromelain and protease are not "breaking down the proteins", but instead are disrupting the structure of the proteins, making them much easier for the body to assimilate them. Other methods that disrupt hydrogen bonding are heat, and Proline.  Guess which food is highest in Proline?, the longivity food Cottage Cheese (high in alkaline proteins), followed by Tamari soy sauce and than Yogurt.  The mineral guanidine hydrochloride, used in medical applications for healing disrupts hydrogen bonds. Research has shown that QI Gong or blasts of "psychic energy" caused by the power of intention can cause bacteria to mutate. Enzymes are  affected by heat, which first causes them to speed up, and than eventually denature. It's possible that when enzymes are "mutating" due to "psychic intention" they are becoming denatured. Another interesting compound that disrupts / denatures proteins is the longivity compound calcium chloride. Your body also increases its denaturing of proteins when it is a few degrees above normal body temperature, or around the same temperature just before a fever begins. Protein denaturation also changes the absorbance level of UV light. This hydrogen effect also occurs in yeast undergoing fermentation.  When yeast is fermented in winemaking, new hydrogen ions are released. There are wild yeast spores that float around us in the air every day.  They are also known as "nutritional yeast".  I believe that during the months of March through April, the quantities of this airbone yeast multiplies.  This is the "spiders cobweb" type substance you see on wild blackberries, raspberries, etc.  They also grow fastest when in the presence of Raisins, Potato and malt extract. 
I have also noticed that foods high in water (water happens to be made up of hydrogen), are the ones that are strongest in boosting the immune system. Perhaps due to the high hydrogen content, it helps expand awareness/consciousness, while allowing the body to heal itself. Cabbage is 91% water and boosts lactobacilli in the stomach. Other foods high in water are: Brocolli, Watermelon and seeds, sugar cane, beets, kale, celery, carrots. Hydrogen ions can be boosted with the addition of potassium chloride, which significantly increases nutrient absorption into cells.

How to Make Your Own Magnetic Water

Researcher Callahan showed that the vertical stone towers in Ireland were made of paramagnetic soil and mirrored the position of the stars at the winter solstice.  He also found that these towers matched the meditative and electrical anethesia portion of the electromagnetic spectrum. These towers caused extensive growth of vegetation in the surrounding countryside.  Researchers have found that using paramagnetic materials (such as iron oxide and sand mixed together) in living areas such as homes helps neutralize the effects of tro and geopathic stress, which causes illness and disease. The effects from magnetic water are felt strongest during the December Solstice.

Making a magnetic water charger is fun and easy. It takes about 2 to 3 hours to do it properly. You will need the following:
1: Iron Oxide (also known as Magnetite)
2: Sand
3: A round cylinder or large bucket.
4: A plastic or glass bottle
5: Spring Water

Wrap the plastic bottle in cardboard to make a "cylinder" that will fit the bottle and seal it with tape. Some of you may want to use a plastic pipe, which works just as well. Next place this bottle in a large bucket, ready for the magnetite sand.
Mix a small amount of magnetite sand with normal beach sand, just enough to turn the sand a "light shadow" color and no more.  (usually between 2 to 5 Tablespoons of Iron Oxide to 1 gallon of beach sand works well)
Next fill the bucket with magnetite sand.
When you use cardboard tubes, they will become moist, because the magnetite soil tends to soak up huge amounts of moisture, especially if you leave it in sunlight during periods of higher humidity. My chargers are exposed for only a few hours to the afternoon sun, which creates just the right amount of moisture. If you use a 30 gallon or larger bucket, after a few months the magnetite sand will "set itself into place" and you can remove the cardboard tubes.  The larger the bucket, the more stable the "hole" in the sand.

When you are done making the device, than just add spring water to the bottles. In 3 to 5 days the water will be fully charged. I use 3 buckets that give me a cup of water daily for 6 days. Every 4th day I skip a cup, as my body is fully charged and I only see taking more as a waste.

It is very important that the magnetic chargers are placed on bare earth/soil, as it is the earth that does the charging.  Some people actually bury the chargers in the soil, leaving enough space to remove/refill the bottles. It is also extremely important that you place a thin layer of plastic over the top of the buckets to keep out rain and moisture. If it rains, you will never be able to get the water out of the sand.  Iron Oxide soaks up and retains moisture like a super sponge. This moisture is "discharged" quickly when humidity levels are higher.

The theory behind the magnetic chargers is based on what I call "filaments", which when "activated", expand time as we know it.  These filaments are always floating around us, I believe they are related to or like mold spores. They exist as a form of "galactic super light".  During a solar flare, the intense energy from the sun breaks apart these filaments, creating trillions of new ones with unpolar charges.  These new charges flow down into the earth connecting with plants and trees 3 to 4 days later. This is like nature making a whole bunch of new tiny magnets. When we place spring water in a magnetic charger, it charges the water with these new "mini magnets" in the form of newly structured water. Using Toning Sounds And Your Voice To Heal The Body

The science of "toning" as it is known is using specific vowels in a long drawn out tone to heal your body. These special tones were used in Egypt long, long ago.  I have found them of tremendous benefit to heal the immune system and restore harmony to the body and in only a matter of minutes.  Too much toning becomes counterproductive.  It is best done in "session" spread throughout the day.. As shown below, each tone is associated with colors, notes and astrological houses.

 

These tones work best when the dewpoint average is higher and there is higher humidity.  This is because moisture retains and carries soundwaves further. Begin by selecting any of the vowels on the next page and then starting with a deep diaphragmatic breath, elongate and sustain it in a vocal range you feel comfortable with. Also adjust the placement of your tongue and adjust your jaw until you feel the tone coming out naturally and evenly.  You will feel it "hit" a healing note, which your body will respond to. Don't over do it.  This is what does the healing. There are no right or wrong sounds.  The best way is to find one or two you are intuitively drawn to and than start toning.  That is the simplest and most effective way.Once you have found the meaning behind the sound, than "tone" it out with sincerity for maximum effect. When I "tone", I imagine my immune system being in perfect health and at its peak, while performing the toning sounds.  I have personally found the tone OOOOOOO-EEE-OOOOOOOOO-EEE good  to boost my immune system, and NNN-R-NNNN-NN after pole balancing. Toning is fun, I have found the best results to occur at the peak of a solar flare.  I believe that the energy emitted by the sun during this time sets up a benefical "waveform" that matches that of our intention and vibrating vocal chords.

Another excellent way to use sound to disperse negative or "agitated" built up energy in an environment is to use a "bar chime" in the 5th octave (also known as a Healing Energy Chime).  You can find these as singular pieces of metal with a wooden base.  Spray some lavendar essential oil first, than knock the bar chime and it brings immediate peace and calm to any area of home or business.

The Sulphur Thiol Connection

The sulphur amino acid Thiols are very, very powerful.  They have been shown to enhance enzyme activity and prevent carcinogens from damaging DNA. An example is the Thiol DMSO, which is so concentrated that arthritis suffers need only rub it onto their skin for immediate relief to take effect.  DMSO also significantly boosts the growth of phytoplankton. Spirulina and phytoplankton are the most nutritious food known to man. These are processed/manufactured items that show some of the best rejuvenative qualities in the body.  They also make great synergizes when used in small amounts with organic natural foods.

Since the 1930o?=s, experiments with yeast, flies, worms and rats have shown that a  calorie restricted diet (about 40% fewer calories than normally consumed per day) significantly extends lifespan. Another way to remove calories is by exercising and eating fat burning foods.

Resveratrol is the nutraceutical that shows the most scientific promise of extending life. A human dose of 343 mg of Resveratrol closely mimicked the global gene activation profile of calorie restriction, which  is the intervention that prolongs life in all forms.  Calorie restriction has been reported to increase SIRT1 protein  levels in mice, rats and humans. Resveratrol has been proven by Harvard University Medical School to extend the life-span of human cells, as well as to protect against some cancers and heart disease. Resveratrol works best when taken with grape seed extract. Resveratrol is extracted from red wine skins and vine leaves. A "souped up" version of Resveratrol called Nutraceutical matrix (Longevinexo?=), has striking effects upon genes and controls energy metabolism, nine times more than standard resveratrol.

Apple Polyo?= is a pure fruit extract made from baby apple skins- the world's richest natural source of water-soluble apple  polyphenols. A portion of Apple Polyo?= has the highest antioxidant rating of any supplement you can buy- tested over 25,000 ORAC units.

The substance SkQ1 has been developed by a Russian Biochemist.  It increased median lifespan by about 90%, with a maximum lifespan for both control and treated mice between 800 - 850 days.

Deprenyl. A study done in 1988 by Professor Knoll showed that rats given medium does of Deprenyl live up to thirty percent longer because the drug slows a loss of dopamine. Deprenyl has the unique ability to extend the life of superoxide  dismutase and catalase. Deprenyl has also been used to treat those with depression. For life extension use, Deprenyl is now widely accepted, after a number  of animal experiments have confirmed its longevity potential.  It would make a good combination with Reishi Mushroom, which also boosts Superoxide Dismutase levels over the long term.

Skin Renewal

Aging skin is due to a number of factors, however it can all be narrowed down to a simple cause.  Beta carotene, which is a fat soluble vitamin, keeps the skin moist. At the other end, fats will destroy it. Studies have shown that excessive amounts of unsaturated fats in the diet strongly increases wrinkled skin. Other researchers such as Hartroft and Porta have shown that "age pigment" is caused by an improper ratio of oxidants to antioxidants, multiplied by the ratio of unsaturated oils to saturated oils.

Just like the internal parts of your body depend on what you eat to stay in good working order, the skin always reflects what your diet is made up of. Here are a few good ways to prevent or remove wrinkles and give the skin a "glowing" complexion:
Gamma-Linolenic Acid. Draws out toxins from the skin and increases resistance to negative bacteria that attack the skin.

Borage Oil. The gamma-linolenic acid in Borage Oil is an omega 3 oil.  It should not be taken excessively as it elevates cellular lipid peroxidation.  Best taken with vitamin E for optimal absorption.

Flax Seeds. Rich in the good fats, helps keep skin wrinkle free. Best taken with vitamin E for optimal absorption.

Carnosine. Protects cell membranes and other cell structures.  Rejuvenates skin by reconnecting skin tissues. 

An excellent way to keep skin healthy are the Beta Sitosterols. These will give the skin a "glow". Foods highest in Beta-sitosterols: Wheat germ, Sesame Oil, Corn Oil and Canola Oil.
Synergists include cod Liver Oil, Avocado, Almonds and Pistachos.
Vegetable oils are the best food source of beta sitosterol. Corn and soybean oils, margarine made from corn or soybean oil, and tofu or soybean mayonnaise all contain high amounts of beta sitosterol. Beta Sitosterols should not be overused as they induce lipid oxidation. Lipid Peroxidation creates cell death. However, when used in the proper amounts is of tremendous value to creating new skin and giving the body a beneficial "glow". 

Here is a good synergistic formula - 1/2 TBS Coconut Butter, 1/2 TBS Canola Oil, 1 TBS of Udo's Choice Perfect EFA Oil - Makes your skin  "glow".  Lasts for days, you only need take 1 tablespoon every 3 days. The "glow" starts after about day 4 and stays continuous as long as you take it every 3 to 4 days.

A combination of coconut oil and crushed garlic placed on the skin at night will heal plantar warts and athletes foot. This effect works because the enzymes in the garlic feed on the coconut oil, and in the process create a healing effect.

As mentioned in the chapter the Real Meaning Behind Easter and The Last Supper, the longivity foods contain the following traits: Complex Carbohydrates, Glutamic Acid, Glycine, Ash (which absorbs moisture readily), Fiber, Cysteine, Tryptophan, Valine, Alanine, and Proline.  And you will see a high mineral content in the following: Magnesium, Phospherous, ZInc, Copper, Manganese, Selenium,  and the B vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and B5. Longevity Hunza Dhal with Lemon and Coriander Recipe

Ingredients

100 gms lentils-
1 medium size onion
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 or 2 tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
1-2 fresh green chillies
1 tsp garam masala or curry powder
pinch of salt (preferably sea salt)
1 lemon
1/2 bunch coriander

Method

1.Slice the onion into shreds
2.Chop the tomatoes and green chillies into very small pieces
3.Chop the coriander leaves
4.Pour 250 ml of water into a saucepan
5.Add in the lentils and then bring to boil.  Boil for 15 mins until the lentils are soft
6.Heat up a pan and add in the olive oil
7.Add in the onions and fry for a while
8.Then add in the tomatoes, tomato paste and chillies and further fry for a few more minutes
9.Add in the garam masala or curry powder
10.Sprinkle a little sea salt to enhance the taste
11.Fry for a few more minutes
12.Remove the fried ingredients from the pan and add them to the cooked lentils.  Leave it to simmer for 5 minutes
13.For more diluted dhal, just add some extra tomato paste and water
14.Squeeze the lemon juice again to further enhance the taste
15.Lastly, add the chopped coriander and stir it in well.
16.Serve to be eaten with either chapatti or bread

Longevity Hunza Diet Bread Recipe

This healthy Hunza diet bread is very nutritious as it is rich in potassium, iron, phosphorous, calcium, manganese and other minerals and does not spoil easily.  It can be kept for a few weeks at room temperature and even longer if stored in the refrigerator.  One person has eaten 1 piece of bread for breakfast, 1 piece before lunch and dinner and had lost up up to 10 lbs or 4.5 kg by the end of the month.

3/4 cups of canola oil of coconut oil
3/4 cups of natural unrefined sugar
1/4 cup of soya milk or 2 oz of powdered whey
8 oz of molasses
8 oz of honey
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp of non-aluminium baking powder

Optional ingredients that can be added

1/2 cup of raisins
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
1/2 cup of sliced dates
1/2 cup of apricots
1/2 cup of almonds

Method of Preparation

1.Turn on the oven and pre-heat oven to a temperature of up to 300o?=F or 150o?=C
2.Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix them thoroughly into a batter
3.Grease baking trays which ideally should have sides that is about 1 inch high
4.Then lightly sprinkle some flour onto the baking trays
5.Pour the batter from the mixing bowl into the baking trays and spread out until it covers up to 1/2 inch thick from the base
6.Place the baking trays in the oven and bake at a temperature of 300o?=F or 150o?=C for 1 hour
7.After baking, lower the oven temperature down to 90o?=F or 50o?=C and let the bread stay in the oven for 2 hours to dry out
8.After 2 hours, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool down
9.Then remove the bread from the baking trays and cut them into approximately square shapes of 2 inches X 2 inches in size.
10.Repeat the baking process until all the batter has been used
11.To store the bread well, either wrapped them in cloth or store them in containers
12.The bread can also be stored in a refrigerator but remember to let it warm up to room temperature before eating

How to Make the Life Restoring Chitosan Mix.

One of the most signifncant findings is that when I take the "chitosan mix" during nights of higher humidity (70% and up) the effects are felt even stronger.

During the "life force storm" period I take 1 Teaspoon of Sesame Seeds, 2,000mg of Spirulina, Chitosan Mix (see chapter on how to make this), 3/4 tbs of Guar Gum, 1 Tablespoon of ENRGMAX (optional) (see chapter on how to make this yourself), 2 cups of magnetic water, 1 Tablet of Potassium Glutomate, 2 Capsules of Vitamin E. What happens is the magnetic water, which is a superlight molecular element and slightly acidic, combines with the   Chitosan/Sulphur/High Potassium foods and Milk of Magnesia to produce Carbon Dioxide, turning it into a huge electron   acceptor within the body.  Carbon Dioxide readily absorbs infrared light, which is highest at sunrise and sunset, so taking the  magnetic water at these times amplifies the energies.

If you are exercising on the day of the "Life Force Storm" read below:

Moderate exercising for 30 minutes duration on the day of the geomagnetic storm, introduces new life giving oxygen into the body.  This is a new form of oxygen that has yet to be identified, oxygen that contains numerous life giving substances. The  solar wind will always "jump" first before the geomagnetic storm.  On the day of the geomagnetic storm, the sun striking the  soil creates a beneficial chemical reaction where the two polarities link up.  The taking of the life renewing "chitosan mix"  must occur after the solar wind has "jumped" on the day of the geomagnetic storm.

Taking 1 cup of magnetic water every 3 hours starting just after sunset, than again just before  and again after midnight, this greatly amplifies the renewal energies.  Because the life force geomagnetic storm lasts for 3  days, performing this sequence for the 3 day duration leaves the body like it has just been "reborn" again.

How to Increase the Prebiotics in Yogurt Safely.  Yogurt Mix. 

Taken with plain organic yogurt for dinner, will leave you feeling refreshed and energized the next morning. From personal experience, taking the effects of drinking magnetic water and the Yogurt mix combination are very similar. So taking yogurt and magnetic water should be done at least 3 hours apart from each other. Also taking yogurt on days where humidity levels are higher is also beneficial. Take 1 to 2 Tablespoons with Organic Yogurt and Spring Water at dinnertime.  This formula will significantly boost the energy of the body the following morning and dissolves plaque deposits and build up in teeth.

Sardine Mix

I sprinkle this on sardines mixed with cottage cheese. Sardines "bind" readily to cottage cheese, because any alkaline protein rapidly absorbs Omega 3 oils, of which sardines happen to be high in.

2 Parts Garlic

1 Part Pepper
2 Parts Rosemary
1 Part Poppy Seeds

Another supernutrient food is Beet Kvass.  It is a fermented liquid that is very easy to make. It delivers incredible nutrition and is a fabulous  detoxifier. It is a blood builder and a liver cleanser. This beverage/health tonic is lacto-fermented. Beneficial bacteria called lactobacilli consume  the beet sugars, producing beneficial lactic acid, increasing vitamins and enzymes, and multiplying throughout the beverage for probiotic benefits.

Directions:
3 medium (about 3? to 4? diameter) beets, peeled and chopped into 3/4? to 1? wide pieces*
1-1/2 tablespoons sea salt (first batch), plus scant 1 tablespoon (second batch)
1/4 cup whey
 filtered or good water (not city water)

Makes 1 quart+.

*It is important not to cut or shred the beets too small, points out Nourishing Traditions. Otherwise, the released beet juice is likely to create alcohol  rather than lactic acid.

1st batch. Put beets, 1-1/2 tablespoons sea salt and whey in 1/2 gallon mason jar or fermenting vessel (here and here). Add water to fill to within 1?  of the top of the container. Cover tightly. Let ferment at room temperature for 2 days. Leaving the beets behind, pour all but about 10% (just  eyeball it) of the finished kvass into a glass jar and transfer to the refrigerator. That is what you'll drink, a few ounces at a time, daily or twice daily.

2nd batch. The remaining 10% of kvass is the "starter" to get the next batch going. (So you don't need whey this time around.) To the same 1/2  gallon fermenting container, add 1 tablespoon sea salt and fill with water to within 1? of the top of the container. Cover tightly. Let ferment at room  temperature for 2 days. Pour all the fnished kvass into a glass jar and transfer to the refrigerator. Send the beets off to the composto?=

3rd batch? It is possible to get a third batch of kvass out of the same beets, though it will be weaker. If you want to do this, don't compost the  beets yet, while saving back 10% of the kvass from batch #2. Start a third batch in the same way as the second.

How To Get Whey

When making low temperature cheeses, whey will spill out from pressing or hanging curds. However, it is probably easiest for most people use the  whey from making kefir or yogurt cheese. You can also use store-bought plain kefir or yogurt, as long as they contain active cultures. Here's how:

1.Line a colander with two pieces of 90-count cheesecloth or a pillow-case weight piece of cotton cloth.
2.Put the colander inside a pot or bowl that holds it.
3.Pour the cultured dairy into the cheesecloth-lined colander. Tie up the ends and tuck them inside the colander. Let the whey drip out for about a  day, or hang up the bag so gravity can speed up the process.
4.Scrape the cheese out of the cheesecloth and use as you would cream cheese.
5.Pour the whey into a clean jar and store in the refrigerator for many weeks. Or freeze for many months.
The whey will last a long time. It is normal for a few milk solids to slip through the cheesecloth with the whey. Over time, they can get moldy floating  at the top of the whey. Strain them off as necessary, and usually the whey is fine. It should smell fresh; let your nose be your guide.

Non-Dairy Substitutes For Whey
You can kick-start your lacto-fermentations with non-dairy starter cultures, too. Here are your options and how much to use.

Leftover Fermenting Juice. The juice of previously fermented pickles, sauerkraut or other ferments is rich with beneficial organisms. Use at the  same rate as whey. However, keep in mind flavor matching; a pickle juice is probably not going to taste very good inside a fruit ferment.

What if a recipe doesn't specify a starter culture and you want to use one? Generally, 1/4 cup of liquid starter works for one quart of ferment.  Scale up accordingly. If a recipe calls for another amount, by all means follow the wisdom of the recipe author. However, like many aspects of  traditional cooking, starter culture usage is not an exact science and a range of amounts will probably work.

Three Mineral Water Recipes

To give a couple examples of many people and animals that live extremely long lives, lets take a look at the people of the Nicoya Peninsula of Costa Rica. This is one of the world's biggest "blue zones", where a large percentage of people enjoy remarkably long lives. Dr. Mehmet Oz, who has studied the lifestyle of these long-lived people, attributes their longevity to their physical activity and the fact that they drink hard water (mineral water) , i.e., water high in calcium and magnesium which helps to maintain strong bones.

Another example is cattle and sheep on a farm in the Monaro region of the snowy mountains in Canberra, Australia. They lived longer when drinking water that was high in magnesium bicarbonate, whereas the cattle in other areas that drank water that had less amounts in it died younger and suffered more illness.

Magnesium is not easily absorbed into the cells of the body, but when bicarbonate is added at the right levels, it easily flows into the mitochondria of the cells.  This is the same reaction that happens when you mix cottage cheese and Omega 3 fats, it makes if far more absorbable into the body.

Here are some interesting facts about mineral water:

In humans, data  available from many government and institutional surveys on death rates show that people who consume hard water containing carbonate and bicarbonate ions live much longer lives.

When stout breweries first sprang up in Dublin, they used local water, which was rich in calcium and  magnesium bicarbonate. This hard water, like the water in Munich and Dortmund, was found to be superior for darker nutrient rich beers.

In farming, magnesium sulphate (from Epsom Salts) is applied in the mornings when moisture is higher and at a concentration of 3 to 6 % per season.

Mineral water has been tested by the Japanese and the Koreans and found to neutralize carbon dioxide in the cells and prolong life.

Mineral water has high concentrations of magnesium and bicarbonate ions. Mineral water that has significant health advantages is made up the these basic elements:

Sodium bicarbonate - Regulates acidity in the body, boosts calcium absorption retains magnesium.

Potassium bicarbonate - Used to neutralize acditiy. Neutralizes acidic fruit juices and makes the body alkaline.

Calcium bicarbonate-  Neutralizes acidity in the body.

Magnesium bicarbonate - Decreases the production of acid from carbon dioxide in body cells and boosts glucose transport across cell membranes.

When these elements are in the ratios similar to those of our cells, they rapidly and quickly enter the cells. As long as you know the right mineral combinations, than all you need do is make the combination yourself. Here are 3 of the best Mineral Water Recipes:

Recipe 1: Calcium/Magnesium water

You will need the following:

o?=1 liter filtered tap water
o?=1/8 tsp. magnesium sulfate (epsom salts)
o?=1/8 tsp. calcium chloride

Mineral Composition of the Water:
Magnesium     Mg++      59 mg/L 
Calcium     Ca++  216 mg/L 

Recipe 2: Alkaline Magnesium water.

The reason calcium chloride is not used in this formula is because calcium chloride should not be combined with bicarbonate because the calcium carbonate will cause precipitation. The sodium bicarbonate becomes sodium chloride (table salt), and potassium bicarbonate becomes potassium chloride.

You will need the following:

o?=1 liter filtered tap water
o?=1/8 tsp. (teaspoon) sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)
o?=1/8 tsp. potassium bicarbonate
o?=1/8 tsp. magnesium sulfate (epsom salts)

Mineral Composition of the Water:
Sodium     Na+   162 mg/L 
Potassium     K+  234 mg/L 
Bicarbonate     HCO3-  798 mg/L 
Magnesium     Mg++      59 mg/L

Another simple way to make water that is easily absorbed into the cells is by making magnesium bicarbonate.  To prepare, take one tablespoon of magnesium carbonate and dissolve it with carbonated soda water. Buy a bottle of sodium free carbonated seltzer water and refrigerate for a couple of hours. In a separate bottle pour 2/3 capfulls of plain (no-flavor) Phillips Milk of Magnesia. Next open the bottle of carbonated water and empty it into the bottle containing the 2/3 cupful of Magnesia and shake well. You will have a bottle of milky/cloudy liquid which is in the process of neutralization between the carbonic acid and the magnesium oxide-- leaving a neutral salt, Magnesium Bicarbonate. It is advisable to filter the source tap water with a water filter pitcher to assure that the water does not have heavy metals such as lead.

Recipe 3: How to Make Perrier Style Mineral Water:

You will need the following:

Sodium Bicarbonate     115 g (4oz.)
Sodium Chloride          85g (3 oz.)
Calcium Chloride, dry   15g (1/2 oz.)
Magnesium Chloride     15g (1/2 oz.)
Water, sufficient          40L (10 gal.)

Dissolve the magnesium and calcium salts in 8 oz. (240ml) of water and then add it to the sodium salts dissolved in a pint of water. Mix.

More practically, to approximate for a gallon (using distilled water): 2o?= teaspoons baking soda, 1o?= teaspoons sea salt, o?= teaspoon calcium  chloride (from the homebrew store), and forget the *Magnesium Chloride. Put some in a SodaStream bottle, chill, carbonate (water may be cloudy  before carbonation).

Composition: Chloride (Cl-) 55.03%, Sodium (Na+) 30.59%, Sulfate (SO42-) 7.68%, Magnesium (Mg2+) 3.68%, Calcium (Ca2+) 1.18%,  Potassium (K+) 1.11%, Bicarbonate (HCO3-) 0.41%, Bromide (Br-) 0.19%, Borate (BO33-) 0.08%, Strontium (Sr2+) 0.04%, Everything else  0.01%

If you want to make a water that is easily absorbed into the cells "on the fly", just add a little Milk of Magnesia to some Seagrams Club Soda or Perrier. Seagrams Club Soda contains the following ingredients: Carbonated Water, Potassium Phosphate, Magnesium Sulfate and, Potassium Bicarbonate.

Where to get ingredients:

Calcium chloride (CaCl2). Is used to preserve canned potatoes and keep the crispness of vegetables after they are picked. Available at brewing supply stores and shops that provide ingredients for canning and food preservation such as BulkFoods.com or Grandma Gertie's Cooking Supplies

Potassium bicarbonate (KHCO3) is used to neutralize the acidity of wines and keep them from being too tart. Potassium bicarbonate can be obtained from winemaking suppliers such as HomeBrewers.com,
Presque Isle Wine Cellars, or Grandma Gertie's Cooking Supplies.
 
Sodium bicarbonate can be found in baking soda.  Aluminum free baking soda can be found in natural health food stores such as Whole Foods Market.

Magnesium Sulphate. Can be found in Epsom Salts available at any pharmacy.

Sodium chloride (NaCl): Table salt, Sea Salt or Himilayan Salt.

Magnesium chloride: Available as a vitamin supplement from Amazon and other sources.

Sodium carbonate: aka o?=soda asho?= or o?=washing soda.o?= Available on Amazon and many grocery stores.

Calcium bicarbonate: Does not exist as a solid compound. Develops from calcium carbonate dissolved in carbonated water.

Magnesium bicarbonate: Can be extracted from milk of magnesia

Magnesium carbonate: Sold as a vitamin supplement.

Potassium chloride: Vitamin supplement.  Available on Amazon.com

Magnesium Hydroxide (Mg(OH)2): Milk of Magnesia, available at pharmacies.

Aluminum silicate: Used in glass manufacturing.

Space Weather Conditions for Beneficial Healing upon the Body

Following below are the properties that are most beneficial for the body.

Approximately every 4 to 6 months (during an increasing sunspot cycle) the sun turns these properties into a "darkside", which I call the "killer" event.  These events breed bacteria in the  body, causing pneumonia, allergies and other upper respiratory infections.  Because they occur on average 4 time yearly, if the immune system is  not ready to undergo this "shift" it can result for some people in sickness and ill health.

In conclusion a large number of C class solar flares with a higher than average X-Ray background flux and high solar winds will "flip" the beneficial  healing properties temporarily/short term.  This effect is amplified further if it occurs near an equinox. A few days later these beneficial healing  properties will return to their restorative/rejuvenative levels again. So if the sunspots are rising, you have more humidity and higher solar winds,  instead of these renewing the body, they will cause it harm.  This proves there will never be a long term overall cure for a weak immune system, as  the immune system also "flips" during these times.  Sometimes a "fatigued" feeling will accompany this period beforehand.The only preventitive  possible is via emotional techniques that induce an overall calm state of mind and sound outlook on life. You must release any old dramas that  remain from the past and enter fully into the energy of Love and Forgiveness. More attention needs to be paid attention to the heart, allowing the  energy to fully express and flow through this area of the body. Spiritual Healings also help.

How to Predict  Killer Bacteria Events

The solar wind will "jump" all of a sudden, just as in the life force storm.  The suns solar flux will have been "resonating" for a number of days  before this jump. The sun's bz will show "blips" or rugged activity, instead of a smooth normal line. If 10  or more C class flares are present, this  period will result in illness.  The "jump" in the solar wind amplifies the solar flux effects. It is the higher number of C class flares that the body has  not had time to adjust to that causes the bad bacteria to multiply.
