The Effects of Sunspots on Biological Organisms
Our thoughts are associated with electromagnetic energy, as is the energy emanating from our sun. There are 4 'charges' in nature which affect the body: The first is the higher solar flux, which occurs as a result when the F2 layers become "charged", from higher sun activity. This stimulates brain activity and consciousness allowing more focus to occur in specific tasks.
The 2nd is when the earths magnetosphere becomes supercharged with trillions of watts, which occurs as a result of excessive and high speed solar winds coming into contact with the intrinsic magnetic field of earth during solar flares. Without earth's magnetosphere life could not exist on earth. This energy occurs a few days later and is the most powerful period, and I call it the "life force" period.
The 3rd is when earth's geomagnetic activity is higher. This period creates more of a destructive effect upon the body, rather than excitation or renewal.
The 4th is when the sunspots are climbing to higher levels. This period drives intention, faith, belief, miracles innovation, ideas and invention.
From my personal experience, I have discovered that when the solar flux has been quiet for a period of time and then starts to become active, combined with higher sunspots (usually above 80), I have been able to get more things done during this time, it is like "time stands still" and focus and concentration is boosted. Most of all you can use this period to improve your endurance and health. Start by exercising your body at this first active period of the solar flux. Your body will naturally feel renewed and refreshed than at other periods. I believe that this results in an increase in the cell to cell communication of the cells in the body, boosting the electron flow across the cell membranes. This occurs most powerfully around the Winter Solstice. Another interesting effect from a higher solar flux, is just before sunset, when I hold a cup of magnetic water to my chest next to the magnetic water chargers and visualize the energy from the magnetic chargers flowing throughout my body, my dreams are extremely lucid the following night. (see the chapter on how to make magnetic water to learn more about this effect). Once again, this effect is strongest around the Winter Solstice.

The solar wind is produced primarily in the cooler regions of the corona, known as coronal holes, and flows along the open magnetic field lines. The radio frequency between 1.4 MHZ and 1.9 MHZ (1.5 optimal) with a pulse frequency between 40KHz and 50 Khz (50 khz at 1.5) .(The frequency of the solar wind varies from 30 to 50 khz.) These frequencies have been shown to regenerate human tissue and promote healing of bones. 1.5 MHZ is just below the Ham Radio spectrum, which is probably why Ham Radio is so addictive as a hobby. We know that Ham Radio depends heavily on the solar flux density for maximizing their radio communication. This increase allows for their signals to travel further. Is there a link that because a higher solar flux increases radio communication, and electromagnetic frequencies have been shown to affect the cells of the body, that the higher solar flux enhances communication between the cells of our body?.
Brainwaves function better when higher amounts of phosphorus are in the system and when there is more natural glucose and natural sugars present. Sprouted wheat grains are high in these natural sugars and glucose. A good brain boosting formula is to take sprouted grains such as Barley or Wheat along with Ginkgo, or other brain boosting herbs and you will feel a tremendous "rush" of energy flowing throughout your brain, giving you new ideas, helping solve problems and significantly increasing mental energy output, and as an added bonus there is no "coffee" or "sugar crash" you get from processed brain enhancers. I have also noted from experience, that when there are more sunspots, and you take the above combination, the enzymes in these sprouted grains seem to have more "life in them", which boosts the effects of the sprouted grains.
The Theory of Energy Coming from the Sun
It is my theory that solar flares emit what I call a "Galactic Superlight", which are full of slight south pole charges. These particles ride on the solar wind and are attracted to the earths north pole and upon entering earth attain strong south unipolar charges. They than reconnect with the roots of trees and plants, creating photosynthesis. Experiments by the scientist Mikhailov have created a similar effect when he exposed copper and iron particles to an illuminated light source, whereupon they exhibited unipolar magnetic charges. I believe this Galactic Superlight is strongest 3 to 4 days after a solar flare, when the cosmic rays are rising.
What Causes Aging?
Aging and disease is a result of ignorance, an addiction to foods that promote and harbor toxins and excessive overeating. Diets high in excess proteins and toxins can cause cause cancer, heart disease and stroke. We as individuals have free choice as what foods we consume to determine the future consequences of our health.
Excessive toxins in the body lead to higher carbon dioxide levels. Quote from Professor Beckett "The wrecker of healthy cells and harbinger of disease is acid in the form of carbon dioxide carried in the blood circulating through our bodies. If body cells could be buffered (insulated) against the corrosive effect of acid then the possibility of extending the human life span is within scientific reach." The thicker your blood, the slower it flows throughout your body, and it reduces the ability for your cells to absorb oxygen.
A simplified form of the aging process is the cells decreased ability to produce ATP from carbohydrate sources. This results in an accumulation of glucose in cells. This excess glucose than circulates around the cells with proteins and fats, rather than being burned for energy, resulting in cellular damage. Another cause of aging is the reduction of the pancreas to create sodium bicarbonate (found in baking soda), thus limiting the amount that the cells in our body absorb important nutrients (a more alkaline body increases nutrient absorption). When the pancreas fails to function properly, it assists in acidfication of the body, leading to disease. Other factors include a lack of the proper enzymes needed to digest proteins, which in turn leads to Phosphoric Acid buildup, causing kidney stones, stiffening of the cells and arteries and dehydration of the cells. (Grapefruit or an increase in Potassium in the diet will remove kidney stones.) This also results in a severe decline in nutrient and oxygen delivery into the cells and toxin and waste removal from the cells. The toxin accumulation builds up in progressive "waves" over time, until a "crisis" point is reached and the body becomes ill. A dose close to 300 mg per kg of body weight of ingested bicarbonate increases the buffering capacity of blood and may decrease the acidity of the muscle pH. In a research study involving sodium bicarbonate, 8 patients who used sodium chloride experienced kidney failure and only 1 patient did so in the sodium bicarbonate group.
How Can We Prevent or Reverse Aging?
I believe that this has already been accomplished and today we have people alive that will routinely live to greatly extended ages. This will happen without the use of robotic implants, but via organic methods. And in the future, we will be able to adjust the genes so that the body naturally produces more Superoxide Dismutase and other antioxidant enzymes. Today, to help keep the body in perfect shape is to have the right digestive enzymes and foods, the right amount of exercise, the proper mental attitude, and a purposeful intention to adhere to the principles of longivity I believe are all that is necessary. I strongly believe that people in the past knew all the "secrets" to longivity and have left clues behind for us to uncover. There will never be an anti-aging pill that will keep the body young forever. This is because the most powerful antioxidant in the body, Glutathione, can't be made into a pill. It can only be increased via exercise and the Thiols. Another is Alzheimers disease, no matter how hard they try, they can't make an Alzheimer's prevention pill or find a cure, once again only exercise (shown to grow new brain cells) and thiols help with this. The other problems with solving aging with a pill is any anti-aging strategy involves fighting the bad bacteria that cause infection, for example pneumonia, which claims most people who have an excellent physically fit body, but become vulnerable to this disease, especially professional athletes.
Today, even the most powerful antibiotics have become immune to bacteria. Any anti-aging pill made for the body would also become "immune" to the anti-aging "pill", thus at the best, achieving only short term results. Keeping the body free of infection is really a war between the good bacteria and the bad bacteria, and whenever the body continues to use a medication or other "cure" over the long term, it always looses its effectiveness in the body. That is why you don't see people taking the same medication long term for over 40 years etc. The only substances that don't suffer this problem are fresh natural herbs, plants and foods.
The same methods that increase Glutathione in the body, life force exercises, physical exercise and sulphurs, are some of the simplest methods that allow our cell membranes to become polar opposite, allowing the electrical charge of regenisis to occur in our bodies. Glutathione cannot be increased orally, showing that our bodies must "push through" this barrier of stillness or idleness in order for regenisis to occur.
I strongly believe aging happens in "waves". This is because the "life force" storms (see The Template of Perfection, How to Find It for more info on this) also occur in waves, which show remarkable rejuvenative effects on the body overnight.
In summary, knowing what to take, when to take it and how much to take are the 3 main keys. I strongly believe that anti-aging in the future will use genetically modified organic methods (such as cabbage designed to produce more Superoxide Dismutase in the body etc.), along with a tiny portion of manufactured substances (such as calcium chloride, niacin etc.). From this we can also conclude that the only computers in the future capable of outsmarting a human will be those whose consciousness merges with the computer.
How to Heal A Toothache and Never Visit the Dentist Again
The healing of teeth is simply having more of the right bacteria present in your mouth versus the bad bacteria. It is possible to live to 100 years of age or more with perfect dental health and all your teeth. A high and properly balanced diet in the right minerals prevents any type of tooth decay that may occur. You only need to know what foods to take, when to take them and how much to take. A high carbohydrate diet has been shown to lead to tooth decay, but the worst offender is sweet sugar.
Simply put, sugar, the number 1 tooth killer, also is very destructive to the body. Over the long term it can create diabetes, cancer and so many other ills. Sugar generates and feeds gram positive bacteria in the mouth, the bacteria responsible for tooth decay and gum disease. Gram positive bacteria are also responsible for many other diseases of the upper body including acne, tuberculosis, Streptococcus pneumonia, Francisella tularensis, and leprosy. Gram positive bacteria is good in other parts of the body, just not the upper part.
Five 100% All Natural Sugar Substitutes
Sugar can be highly addictive, however after using natural sugar substitutes, cravings for processed sugar fade over time. From my personal experience, I have found that after using natural sugar substitutes for about 2 months, the natural sugar substitutes taste better than the manufactured sugar.
There are at least 7 NATURAL sugar substitutes (not aspertime), that in some cases cost less, taste better than sugar, and most of all promote gram negative bacteria (the good bacteria) in your mouth. The main ones are Inulin Powder, Xylitol, Glycerol, Steevia and Agave Nectar. I've added these to plain yogurt, and the one that dissolves the easiest is Agave, however it does not go as far as Steevia.
Many of these natural sweeteners have about the same food energy as table sugar, but won't raise blood sugar levels or feed the bacteria that form plaques and cause dental cavities.
Stevia is approximately 200 to 300 times sweeter than sugar, so you only need a little bit. Stevia is a 100% natural herb, found at many natural food markets, including Whole Foods Market. From my experience a 16oz bottle lasted me almost an entire year. Stevia is also a natural probiotic synergist, complementing the yogurt or Keifer giving the probiotics even more power. Stevia also promotes gram negative bacteria in the mouth, promoting healthy teeth and gums.
Another natural sweetener that I add to yogurt is Agave Nectar, which helps create good bacteria in the stomach also. Agave Nectar comes from a cactus type plant, and is about 1/3rd as sweet as Steevia. It has the same effect on the body as high fructose corn syrup.
Another is Xylitol. Xylitol actually fights tooth decay, gum disease and reduces the ability of bacteria that cling to the teeth.
Cinnamon is a great natural sweeter, especially because it helps lower blood sugar and keep inulin levels healthy. Chlorogenic acid is another compound that slows the release of glucose into the bloodstream after a meal, leading to lower inulin levels. It is interesting to note that during winter, more "stress" occurs in the body from geomagnetic storms, and people instinctively are drawn to cinnamon more in the winter time.
Inulin powder is used a lot in baking and helps feed the stomach good bacteria. Natural foods that contain inulin and increase gram negative bacteria include dandelion leaves, jerusalem artichokes, chicory, bananas, garlic, onions and leeks. Therefore we can conclude that when your diet is high in these, your rate of tooth decay is significantly lessened.
Glycerol. As a sugar substitute glycerol has approximately 27 calories per teaspoon and is 60 percent as sweet as sucrose. Another natural sweetener is Erythritol. Isn't it great that you can have an all natural way to have food taste as sweet as sugar, and at the same time promote gram negative bacteria in the mouth? Many of these natural sweeteners, after you get used to them, start tasting better than sugar.
Lo Han. This is 250 to 400 times sweeter than sugar. It also has medicinal properties that include healing throat infections, coughs, heat stroke, constipation and diabetes.
Dentists. I highly respect the industry as they are very professional and can do amazing things with teeth. They are miracle workers at taking care of the short term problem. However when it comes to long term dental health, I believe that many of them are uneducated, as Dental School never taught them the long term preventional foods that can heal cavities as well as prevent tooth decay. This than is passed on down to their patients. Another factor could be ignorance, being the dental profession is a multi-billion dollar industry and cures and proper dental remedies might be seen as a threat to their wallets. An interesting note, as you may have seen so far, or will see later in this book, is that foods and herbs that contribute to perfect dental health also have significant anti-aging and cancer prevention traits. Re-calcification of severe cavities is not only possible, but becoming more commonplace as more and more of this knowledge is revealed.
How to Instantly Heal a Toothache
The 2 most powerful combinations to stop a toothache immediately are Vitamin K2 (Found in Natto, available from Korean and Japanese Supermarkets) and Sunflower Oil. If you have a toothache or abscess now, a quick way to reduce the pain now, is to take cashew nuts, cashew apples, or cashew shell oil. Myrrh powder has also been used with success to heal teeth and gums.
Another method that always gets results is every 2 to 3 hours (especially first thing in the morning, and than again before going to bed) swish your mouth with 2 Tablespoons of Sunflower Oil (also known as "Oil Pulling") and than have Natto 2 times per day. Do this for 4 days in a row and the toothache will have completely disappeared. I used to use this when I had dental problems, but now I have adequate amounts of magnetic water & chitosan mix, which prevents any tooth problems.
This method pulls out toxins from the body, as well as all unwanted matter and garbage from between the teeth. It also feeds the teeth with vital nutrients that create an abundance of good bacteria (the gram negative bacteria) in the mouth. USE COLD PRESSED OIL wherever possible, as this is more nutrient rich than refined oil. Research has shown that Sunflower and Sesame oils are best.
Borage Oil is another beneficial oil. Oil pulling works best when you make your body more alkaline first, such as can be done by taking Baking Soda or Spring Water before oil pulling. Here is more detailed information on Oil Pulling from Dr Karach, the father of Oil Pulling: "We have observed that any oil other than SUNFLOWER or SESAME may not be effective. In the morning before breakfast on an empty stomach you take one tablespoon in the mouth but do not swallow it. Move Oil Slowly in the mouth as rinsing or swishing and puts it as ' sip, suck and pull through the teeth' for fifteen to twenty minutes. This process makes the oil thoroughly mix with saliva. Swishing activates the beneficial enzymes and these enzymes draw toxins out of the blood and gums. The oil must not be swallowed, for it has become toxic. As the process continues, the oil gets thinner and white. If the oil is still yellow, it has not been pulled long enough. When it turns white, it is then spit from the mouth. The oral cavity must be thoroughly rinsed and the mouth must be washed thoroughly. Just use normal tap water to clean. Clean the sink properly, you can use some antibacterial soap to clean the sink. Because the spittle contains harmful bacteria and toxic bodily waste, if one were to see one drop of this liquid magnified 600 times under a microscope, one would see toxin causing microbes in their first stage of development. It is important to understand that during the oil-pulling/swishing process one's metabolism is increased, leading to improved health. One of the most striking results of this process is the fastening of loose teeth, the elimination of bleeding gums and the visible whitening of the teeth." For those more advanced, tilt the head back slightly towards the end of the "swishing".
Another material that is effective for oil pulling is Lecithin. Lecithin allows oil and water to mix more freely, thus allowing easy penetration into the cells of the body.
An alternative to oil pulling is possible without use of Oil Pulling, which is Granulated Lecithin, which is a more effective form of oil pulling. Since Granulated lecithin is a fat emulsifier, it virtually pulls the oil out of the system by literally solubilizing them and the fat is then excreted via the stool, as well as free heavy metals too, which are oil soluble because they are hydrophobic. It's taken at least 1 tablespoon a day. It is the literal method of oil puling where the oil gets pulled from the body, instead of using the oil to pull out the toxins, while the body accumulates more vegetable oils.
What is Vitamin K2?
Vitamin K2 is the substance that makes the vitamin A- and vitamin D-dependent proteins come to life. While vitamins A and D act as signaling molecules, telling cells to make certain proteins, Vitamin K2 activates these proteins by conferring upon them the physical ability to bind calcium. In some cases these proteins directly coordinate the movement or organization of calcium themselves; in other cases the calcium acts as a glue to hold the protein in a certain shape. In all such cases, the proteins are only functional once they have been activated by vitamin K. Vitamin K works with vitamin D to prevent bone loss and build new bone. To be absorbed properly, Vitamin K must be consumed with a fat such as Omega 3 or Omega 6 oils. Flaxseed is especially high in this.

Using Earth Energy to Heal Teeth
Another great method is to use the energies of the earth to heal your teeth. The earth is always constantly emitting waves of varying geomagnetic energy, which rise and fall like our tides of the ocean. This most beneficial energy is maximized 1 to 3 days before solar flares and at times of higher solar flux activity.

Another good time is when the 1MEV electrons (usually around 7 or above) (http://www.swpc.noaa.gov/ftpdir/lists/particle/Gp_part_5m.txt) show stronger levels, relax your body and imagine your consciousness being halfway between your chest and head. Do this laying flat on the ground with your head pointed north for at least an hour and you will feel a "ringing" sensation in your teeth. You can amplify this "ringing" effect even more by taking cashew nuts, cashew apples, or cashew shell oil before doing the exercise.I believe this "ringing" effect felt in the teeth is caused by the alkaline proteins. Foods high in the alkaline mineral Barium have been shown to heal teeth. Barium ferrite magnets can be easily programmed to accept and hold an electrical charge by applying a tremendous input of electrical energy into the center of the magnet. Barium is an alkaline metal. Foods high in Barium are Seaweed, Brazil Nut powder and Sardines.

Keeping the Gums Healthy
Below are some methods that you can use to ensure long term prevention of tooth decay and gum disease:
Periodontal Disease is simply caused by a lack of healthy CQ10 levels in the body. Sardines, which are high in CQ10, also contain Omega 3 Oils, which are needed if the body is to able effectively use CQ10. Supplements are also available, however for proper absorption into the body Omega 3 oils must accompany the CQ10. Other foods rich in CQ10 are raw peanuts, spinach and wheat germ. Fish are high in CQ10, but the bigger the fish, the more mercury. Sardines are the smallest fish, and contain little if any mercury. Brushing teeth and gums with Ormus (see the Ormus Chapter for more information) has been shown to repair chipped teeth and heal gums.
Alkaline Proteins due to their bioavailable calcium content help keep the teeth healthy. The best one is choloryphyl (spinach is high in choloryphyl).
The simple technology of using magnetically charged water has quickly remineralized teeth and healed deep pockets of cavities, especially when combined with a substance high in Allantoin such as Comfrey. Vitamin C in Grapefruit (not ascorbic acid Vitamin C) is more bioavailable by the body and will significantly reduce bleeding gums and inflammation. Grapefruit and Red Peppers have more Vitamin C than Oranges.
Swishing the mouth with Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide will also heal teeth and gums. From personal experience, after eating plain yogurt that has been mixed with Agave Syrup and the Yogurt Mix (see chapter How to make Yogurt Mix for this formula), and than swishing the mouth with spring water it creates a "repelling" effect upon the plaque in the mouth. It feels like the plaque is dissolving.
So we can see that the natural long term solutions to preventing tooth decay and gum disease are far ahead of the "brush 3 times per day" ideology.
The Five Major Longevity Cultures of the World
These are groups of people who have mastered the art of growing old well into their 100th year, remaining disease free. These remarkable cultures include:
The Bulgarian Centurians - Their diet consists of Bulgarian Yogurt high in the enzyme Lactobacillus Bulgaricus.

In Equator - The Vilcabamba. Vegetables are picked fresh from the garden, fruits picked fresh from the trees are eaten the same day. Whole grains, seeds and nuts are also part of the Vilcabamba diet. There are almost no animal products to be found in their diet.
In Costa Rica - The Nicoya Peninsula of Costa Rica. This is one of the world's biggest "blue zones", where a large percentage of people enjoy remarkably long lives. Dr. Mehmet Oz, who has studied the lifestyle of these long-lived people, attributes their longevity to their physical activity, and the fact that they drink hard water (mineral water) or water high in calcium and magnesium which helps maintain strong bones.

Individuals Who Have Lived Extremely Long Lives
Two of these recent people who have come to light are Mr. Agra and Mr. Li Ching-Yuen. They show significant historical evidence of extremely long ages. The only problem in verifying their age is they were born during periods that birth certificates were not routinely issued. This makes sense, considering 200 years ago, society was much more rural, remote and sparse, compared to what it is today. However 2 important clues stand out that verify their claims. 1: They have locals that can verify their long life, and in the case of Mr. Ching Yuen, his sons and daughters lived well into their 100's. 2: Their diets match that of foods that rejuvenate the body. Lets take a closer look:
Mr. Zaro Agra, of Turkey, supposedly lived over 150 years and did not die of old age. He was professionally examined by medical doctors as to why he was still in perfect health at 140. He had been around before the signing of the Declaration of Independence and died only recently, not from old age, but from being hit by a car. He consisted on a diet mainly of yogurt and black cumin seed (The German scientist Dr. Schleicher showed that black cumin seed not only helped the immune system but repaired it).
The Biblical Prophet Abraham lived hundreds of years. If you do your research you will discover that Abraham mainly lived on a diet of Yogurt.
Mr. Li Ching-Yuen of China lived over 248 years. His diet was high in Raw Fish (which is high in DNA renewal substances), Goji Berry, (is one of the best natural foods proven to boost SOD levels naturally, and is an alkaline protein) and FO TI (another herb that boosts the immune system and SOD levels). Let's examine Mr. Agra's Diet:
His diet consisted of lots of probiotics. His lifestyle also included lots of what is known today as "resistance training exercises". Because he worked in construction and as a porter, this afforded him the opportunity to subject his body to plenty of resistance exercises.
Here is an image of Mr. Li Ching-Yuen. Born 1677 or 1736 and died May 6, 1933. Lee Ching-yuen was born in 1678, during the seventeenth year of the Manchu emperor Kang Shi's reign.
He left home at an early age and traveled around southern China with a group of itinerant herb traders, from whom he learned the basics of herbalism. Subsequently, Lee had the good fortune to meet several highly accomplished Taoist masters, who taught him internal alchemy and Tee-Jung, and showed him how to utilize diet and herbal supplements for health and longevity.
Though not a strict vegetarian, Lee consumed very little meat and also limited his intake of grains and root vegetables. His daily diet consisted primarily of lightly steamed vegetables, fresh fruit, and tonic herbs. The herbs he recommended most highly for promoting health and prolonging life were ginseng, gout kola, FO TI, multiform, and garlic. Nor was Lee Ching-yuen celibate: over the course of his long life he married fourteen times, and by the time of his death in 1930, he counted almost 200 living descendants within his extended family.
After his death, modern scholars confirmed his identity, traced his life all the way back to the year of his birth, and conclusively verified his life span.Lee Ching-yuen's life demonstrates how well Taoist longevity techniques work when properly practiced.
The point here is not only to add years to your life, but also to 'add life to your years", i.e., to maintain your health and vitality until the very end of your days.
Lee Ching-yeun continued to take long hikes in the mountains until the final years of his life, remained sexually active for over two centuries, never became senile, and died with all his own teeth and most of his hair. He choose to die at the age of 250 after having said "I have done all I came here to do", meaning he could have continued living forever if he wanted to. These days, few people even reach the age of sixty in that condition.
Research has shown that resistance exercise is the best form of exercise to replace lost bone loss and keep the physical body in youth peak condition, out of all the forms of exercise, this is the best.
Yogurt is one of the foods highest in Probiotics. It boosts the immune system and naturally restores calcium levels in the body. Yogurt is also extremely high in the amino acid Cysteine, the very building block from which all 8 amino acids are made. Black Cumin Seed is high in Phytonutrients and greatly boosts the immune system. Organic black cumin seed oil has proven effective in the treatment of both the causes and symptoms of Alzheimer's. Potassium is the dominant mineral in black cumin seed, and helps retain calcium in the body.

Enzyme saturation along with the proper nutrients in balance saturate and infiltrate the tissues thereby helping to dissolve the effects of aging. Not only are the right enzymes important, but the delivery of method into the cells is highly important, as the cells must fully absorb the nutrients. Fish, yogurt or similar dairy type foods, are both high in the sulfur amino acids, cysteine and methionine. All of these individuals also ate the right foods, in the right amounts, and at the right times.
As you'll see on the next page, this is what the food pyramid should really look like. Another person is Dr. Gabriel Cousins, who also has the same healthy young looking body, all attributed to feeding the body the proper nutrition in the right amounts at the right times.
We are seeing more and more of these people emerge proving the link between proper nutrition and a healthy body.
As you can see, you only need a small amount of grains (except sprouted grains), mainly due to the fact that they remain in the body for long periods of time. The same goes for the monosaturated fats, these only need to be taken every few days. Vegetables and fruit on the other hand are more water soluble, so these pass through the body easily and quickly, thus you need to get more of these into your system. As you will find out later in this book, proteins not only rebuild the body, but excessive amounts contribute to unwanted toxin build up, so these should not be taken in excess, but just the right amount to fulfill the body's requirements.
Research has now proven that when superoxide dismutase and catalase levels are increased, lifespan is significantly enhanced. There is no catalase pill, but we can increase it via some of the following methods:
Cold showers, which increase catalase in the body will also make the body more alkaline. Exposure to sunlight increases catalase activity by 109-145%. Exercise has been shown to increase the Catalase levels. Catalase can also be increased by doing life force exercises such as Tai Chi or Qi Gong. Putting It All Together
One of the main factors for Mr. Zaro Agha's long life was that he remained active. It is easy to keep the physical body wrinkle free and in perfect shape using proper nutrition well into the 90th year and beyond, however it is another thing to keep the immune system strong enough to defend bad bacteria.There is an interesting correlation between professional sports athletes and their immune system. Professional sports athletes get more flus and colds and suffer a higher degree of negative bacteria attack than non-athletes. Research has shown that their bodies were low in Beta Carotene, Glutamine, Vitamin C and B6, the main substances that keep the immune system strong. I believe that this "bacteria" that attacks the immune system is so tiny it is undetectable with current technology. Hopefully in the future we will have technology that will be able to see this occurring at its early stages, because the best way to defeat a failing immune system is to strengthen it by using the right foods and exercises when it is in this early developing stage.
Moderate to heavy exercise boosts Superoxide Dismutase, Catalase and Glutathione levels in the body, after this the body goes through a "threshold peak", in which the immune system starts breaking down due to the immune system substances Glutamine, Vitamin C and B6, being used up. So if we can get our body to exercise to this threshold and than boost up the immune system with these boosters, it will return to a level of greater immunity than before. (The "supercharge your immune system in Part 2 goes into more detail about this.)
I believe Mr. Zaro Agha was intuitively aware of this and used this to keep his immune system strong. He also ate lots of cumin seed (high in Vitamin A) and his diet was high in Yogurt, which is high Glutamine and Vitamin B6. As long as your body is not full of "junk foods" and full of the right foods during this period, it should be able to easily overcome any bacterial attack. We can see another process that relates to longivity in the making of glass. When sodium carbonate (used to make mineral water) is heated to a high temperature (denaturation), calcium carbonate is added (neutralizes acids). Next this mixture is cooled (boosts moisture levels), making crystal clear glass. Glass as we all know is one of the cleanest surfaces, free of many toxins, and literally lasts forever.
Anti Aging Foods and their Traits
To know which foods have anti-aging characteristics, look for the following: They create healthy levels of Nitric Oxide, They create Short Chain Fatty Acids, They Increase Cellular Respiration, They fight or eliminate cancer, They boost the immune system, The keep blood sugar low, They reduce cravings and help reduce appetite, The amino acid ratios are similar to the ratios of amino acids in the body, They boost metabolism, They have high antioxidant levels, They have diabetes fighting qualities, They loose weight/burn fat, They keep inulin levels steady, Some will contain Acetic Acid, which is a byproduct of fermentation, They have properties that increase memory retention and provide increased energy for the brain, They are easily absorbed by the cells and the intestines of the body, They provide fuel for the colon, They have probiotics or prebiotics that feed the colon good bacteria, They will burn away fat, They will increase the levels of SOD (superoxide dismutase) in the body, They will promote good digestion, They will reduce/eliminate sunburn, They will reduce cholesterol levels, They will have a laxative effect. Another good indicator is anti-aging substances in powder form when exposed to open air for a short term, will readily absorb the ambient moisture, especially during periods of higher humidity. If taken in excessive amounts anti-aging foods contribute to cancer.
The Template of Renewal and the Realignment of Health, Harmony and Perfection. The "Life Force Storm"
Just as weather conditions affect the environment we live in, the influences that affect the body are the varying frequencies of sun and earth. There are 2 main "frequencies" that I have uncovered that help rejuvenate the body in the shortest amount of time. The first is when you do the Ancient Egyptian Pole Balancing Exercise, and the cosmic ray counts have been climbing higher over a period of days. This is the time the "rejuvenative light" energy is significantly stronger. (see the chapter How to Generate the Life Force In Your Body for more details).
The second, which is significantly more powerful, happens overnight. The 2 original premises for this research were based on the fact that if people's hair can turn grey overnight why can't the body also be made to rejuvenate itself overnight?. The 2nd was the biblical last supper, which mentions eternal life. Here are the requirements needed to locate this 2nd window:
To find this 'window', it takes 2 variables which must cross match with each other:
1: The solar wind after being 'steady' for a period will suddenly "rebound". This time when the solar wind "leaps" upwards is usually during a recurrent CHHSS. A recurrent CHHSS generates trillions of watts of power into earth's upper atmosphere, creating the aurora borealis.
Above is a forecast of the solar wind showing the "leaps" in red. These "leaps" happen in a matter of minutes to hours, sometimes charging our ionosphere with trillions of watts of energy.
2: There will be higher KP activity. The size and duration don't matter, only as long as it cross matches with the rebounding solar wind.
Research has reveled that KP storms, which accompany this "life force" period are strongest on average the following days each year: September 4th, 21st. March 28th, April 2nd and 4th and May 2nd. These dates can be used as a guide to plot future "windows".
3: A booster is when the sun's BZ points south and the moon is in perigree. As Christopher Russell, Professor of Geophysics and Space Physics at UCLA quotes, "When Bz is south, that is, opposite Earth's magnetic field, the two fields link up. You can then follow a direct line of sight, or field line from Earth directly into the solar wind. Another booster includes a 1/2 moon.

How to find the Recurrent CHHSS

How to Interpret Solar and Geomagnetic Data
Interpreting the data was one of the things that was most confusing to me when I started studying space weather data. However it becomes quite simple after a while and below I have shown the data broken down into simple terms.
I have made the interpretation as simple as possible using arrows. When looking for the "life storm", look for the "geomagnetic field Forecasts at the bottom of the page. Usually it will be a Recurrent CHHSS. If it cross matches with a leap in the solar wind, you have the overnight rejuvenation of the body period.

Increased levels of solar flux are forecasted in the first paragraph, this makes it a great time to know when to do exercise, to "charge" your body up using the magnetite sand in the water chargers, or to avoid taking large amounts of Ormus. See the chapter on "how to make your own magnetic water" for further details.
The second colum is the 2mev levels, this is sometimes, but not always associated with an increase in the cosmic rays, a good indicator to know when the best time to perform pole balancing to gather the restorative white light energy. And at the very bottom as it appears on the page, is the earth's geomagnetic levels. A great forecasting piece to know when the "life force" storms are approaching and if you are into heavy exercise, a great tool to know in advance when higher geomagnetic storms are coming, which can cause more wear and tear on the body. Combined with all the forecasting links shown in this book, you now have a complete easy to follow guide on how to restore the energy, health and vitality levels of your body overnight and to plan ahead to capture the "life force" storm dates.
A Scientific Explanation of Where the "life force" Storm Energy Originates
Because solar flares put such a tremendous amount of energy upon the earth, there has to be an exchange occurring allowing the energy to flow back up from the earth. Electrons leave the earth soil at the rate of approximately 1 Microamp per square kilometer. This is also known as the fair weather current, and is part of the global electrical circuit. The charging of the global electrical circuit takes place via cumulonis clouds. The cumulonis clouds send energy in the form of lightning strikes, charging the ionosphere. The cloud ground current takes place when energy from the earth is returned to the ionosphere (As shown in the diagram on the next page). I believe this exchange occurs when the solar wind "jumps", creating a huge amount of energy flowing up from the earth which enters the body. When you perform the procedures listed in the Template of Renewal chapter, your
body is prepared to "soak up" this energy, allowing it to renew.
In conclusion, we want to look for the forecasted solar wind "leap" period and than cross check this with an increased forecasted KP activity and than count back 8 days for a 'flat' period. Sometimes a "recurrent CHHS" can be used to locate this period. The effects of this are felt strongest around the Winter Solstice, which is also the time that your immune system is at its peak.
I believe that the higher humidity levels carry this energy back out into the sky.
On the day of this storm, after the solar wind has rebounded and the geomagnetic energy is higher, perform either 60 mins of moderate exercise or 30 mins of hard exercise. I highly recommend doing resistance training exercises on this day. Page 72 goes into more detail about how to perform this correctly.
The process of rejuvenation occurs as an expansive, than a retreating process, similar to the same flow that occurs during periods of higher and lower moisture, with higher moisture being responsible for the rejuvenative effects. If there is a "C" class flare present, with solar wind speeds above 390 for more than 3 days, and the solar flux remains high for 3 days or more, this generates bad bacteria that I believe causes illness.
