Additional Factors that Weaken the Immune System
Excessive foods high in Aflaxtoxin such as peanut butter or raw peanuts will weaken the immune system.

When the background flux levels are at 4.0 or higher with 8 or more "C" Class Solar Flares this is the danger period. When the Red Line is More Active, increased anxiety occurs. When the Blue Line is More Active and the X-Ray background levels are at 4.0 or higher, the immune system becomes "stressed" resulting in increased possibility of seizures and other health disorders related to the nervous system. If this level remains high for a number of days, the body eventually becomes used to it.
As mentioned previously, another period that weakens the immune system is when the air has become drier, or when humidity levels are lower. When the air is drier, the blood does not absorb as much oxygen. Drier air will cause musical instruments to go out of tune. Opening the windows to "clear out" dry air during winter does not work either. What happens during these dryer periods is the air "leeches" moisture from our skin, mucos membranes, even textiles.
A lack of moisture can prevent your body's immune system from repelling infection causing germs, and can actually promote the growth of some bacteria, viruses, and respiratory irritants. When dry air is drawn inside your home by your heating system, the bacteria acts like a sponge, seeking out and absorbing moisture wherever it can find it.
A variety of laboratory studies have shown that flu viruses breed strongest in drier air. Especially when there are higher quantities of water in the air (higher dewpoint). To validate these findings in humans, a team headed by atmospheric scientist Jeffrey Shaman of Oregon State University used 31 years of absolute humidity data for several states. Then for the country as a whole used mathematical models of influenza outbreaks. In both cases, they found a much closer correlation with absolute humidity than with any other variable they studied. A dry period was not an absolute requirement for triggering a seasonal outbreak, but it was present in 55% to 60% of the outbreaks. "The virus response is almost immediate," Shaman said in a statement. "Transmission and survival rates increase about 10 days later. Observed mortality rates follow. This also occurs in nature when the solar flux is at higher levels. The sesonality of flu may affect that of other infectious diseases, the researchers said, because the flu virus lowers immune response. Researchers don't know, however, how higher humidity reduces virus transmission. " It is possible that when C class solar flares occur during higher humidity that it affects the air, which in turn, affects the bacteria in the air possibly causing illness. This bacteria can also turn bad during these higher C class periods when large numbers of electromagnetic devices are used such as computers, cell phones etc.
So if we were to look at an area in the world that has the highest humidity levels such as Vietnam, the results show themselves. The effects of aging on the Vietnamese population are very minor. There are even some Vietnamese men who grow no beards. If we look at the areas of Indonesia and the Phillipines. We can also see people who live very long lives and also stay in good health. The part stretching from the east coast of the Phillipines to the Indonesian Islands would be the ideal place to live if you wanted create maximum longivity. We saw this earlier when we talked about the Japanese population who lived in Japan in the Sango Coral Reefs, which is also very close to this latitude. So in summary, we can expect to find other long lived cultures in this latitude of the world that we have not even heard about yet because it is the ideal latitude for allowing the body to live to its maximum lifespan.
How to Stop Getting the Flu in Winter
First, the main reason there are more colds and flu in the "winter" is because of the low humidity caused by the artificial heating of inside air; not because of the exposure to the cold of the outside. The first line of defense to airborne invaders is the mucus, lining the upper upper respiratory tract makes a quart and a half of mucus every 24 hours. That is why we swallow every few minutes. The invaders (viruses, bacteria, allergens, etc.) are swept into the stomach, before they have a chance to get through the lining into our blood, and are pretty easily destroyed by the powerful acid in the stomach.
This system uses very little energy and is EXTREMELY effective. It is only when this system fails that the virus, etc., has to be dealt with by the immune system which takes a LOT more energy. The immune system is the second, and last, line of defense.
The average indoor humidity, in the heating season, is 10%. The average humidity of the Sahara Desert is 25%. All of this moisture is provided by the mucus I mentioned. When the air is this dry, the mucus dries out so that it is MUCH thicker and flows MUCH more slowly into the stomach. All of this additional time is used to good advantage by the invaders, to get through the lining before getting swept into the stomach. Then, there is only our immunity to protect us. If you have great immunity, the invader doesn't have a chance and you don't "catch a cold". Using an indoor humidifier, attached to your heating system, will not only solve this problem (research shows an 80% reduction of viral infections in school children in schools with heating system humidifiers) but also greatly reduces the cost of heating. Sixty-seven degrees at 40% humidity feels as warm as 75 degrees at 10% humidity. That top 8 degrees is the most expensive part of your heating costs. The typical homeowner (or school) that installs a whole house humidifier saves the cost of that installation, in heating costs, the very first season--a pretty good investment. Forget about the cost of medications, missed work and productivity, and the misery of being sick.
Zinc Lozenges
The third factor is zinc lozenges. For the past 10+ years research has indicated that the average length of a "cold" can be cut in half by using zinc lozenges. Since then, they have been available in health food stores and drugstores.
Other solar conditions that weaken the immune system are when there are solar winds above 400 for more than 3 days. This occurs usually just after a solar flare, especially when combined with excessive stress.
From this I conclude that around the equinoxes if a "C" class solar flare occurs, especially around a Perigee moon, that the bacteria is also more "negatively aggressive". From this we can conclude that a good preventitive measure would be exercising the body during the start of a higher solar flux, which would boost the immune system. Because the power of good intention is starting to gain strength around February/March, this would be the best time to exercise the body and boost the immune system. If you were to do hard physical exercise when the moon is at apogee and the solar flux is quieter, the immune system would be weaker.
Vitamin C
The second factor is Vitamin C. Since the availability of ESTERIFIED Vitamin C, we can get enough of the C into the White Blood Cell (WBC) to, in effect, "Supercharge" it for fighting viruses and bacteria. Esterified Vitamin C gets 4 times as much of the C into the WBC, per dose taken orally, as regular C. By taking 2-4 grams of Esterified Vitamin C daily, during the "Cold Season", most viral infections will be prevented. If you should feel a virus coming on, just start taking 4 grams 3 times a day. Loose stools mean that you need less. Ordinarily that will stop the virus within 24 hours. I would keep up the dosage for 24 hours after the last symptom to be sure it was gone. The interferon factories of the body are put into "overdrive" once the equivalent of 50 grams of Vitamin C, daily, are used. It is really impossible to do that with regular vitamin C. It only takes 12 grams of ESTERIFIED Vitamin C to get to that point. Anyone who tries this will know of its effectiveness. Best results happen if this is started at the first sign of symptoms.

Energy From Thoughts and The Immune System
The brain and its thought patterns are linked to our immune system. Our thoughts are electromagnetic waves just like the energy of the sun is composed of electromagnetic waves. A sudden change in routine daily patterns can affect the immune system significantly, as the body and local geomagnetic energy of a persons living environment are closely linked. We all know of the famous "retirement phenomenon" where after working for the same job, living in the same area, and going through the same routine for 20 years or more, when that person retires, they just "die" all of a sudden.
Emotions have been shown to raise the Superoxide Dismutase levels of the body. Proper Superoxide Dismutase levels are one of the most powerful methods to prolong life. When you cannot forgive, or are emotionally holding onto something, illness will always manifest itself, sometimes growing stronger over time, and even after proper treatment the disease will continue to latch onto the body.
Emotions such as hate, anxiety, fear, anger, and feelings of betrayal and depression can deplete the strength of the immune system. There are as many cancers as there are negative emotions, therefore a complete universal cure for cancer will never be found. Because there is a clear connection between negative emotions and a weakened immune system, we can conclude that foods that cure/alleviate depression should also be foods that contribute to longivity.
If you get sick a lot and want to prevent getting sick more, try saying out loud, "Thank you very much" at the appropriate times. People who do this regularly do not get sick often. This is because they have a calm state of mind, free of hate or anger, the two most destructive elements to the immune system. You see, you don't need to "catch" anything to deplete your immune system, just by having anger and hate in your thought patterns will deplete the strength of your immune system faster than any virus or bacteria. Another method that works well is to mediate on the meaning of your immune system being strong and healthy, than have gratitude and appreciation for a strong immune system.
A very simple, tried and proven method to boost the immune system if it feels "low" is to meditate/contemplate on the meaning behind displaying "thank you very much" and than with genuine sincerity, apply the art of saying "Thank you very much" more each day in what you do. Spring seems to be the best time to do this. It will require much more money, time and energy to fend of disease and illness if you have an unforgiving and ungrateful attitude towards life and its events. I know from personal experience that when I do spiritual healings, I don't get sick as often, because they help induce a calm, grateful state of well being. I have also found forgiveness to be a powerful way to relieve stress and heal the body, I than turn the situation over to my higher power, taking the responsibility off my hands. This also confirms the link between forgiveness and accelerated rates of healing, as this negative "stress" is removed from an emotional part of the body, and science has now confirmed that a negative emotional mindset contributes significantly more to disease and illness.
By expressing more smiles, gratitude and thanks is one of the most powerful things you can do to boost your immune system. Try sincerely saying this phrase, "That person is really evil, thank you very much", it not only sounds peculiar, but proves that they both cannot co-exist. The power of gratitude and thanks heals judgment and hatred, just as having self pity and appreciation and gratitude cannot both co-exist at the same time. In most cases we can always take the time to receive intuitive guidance on how to fight off most bad bugs. It may be more rest, taking foods that will fight the bacteria or learning to let go of something and forgive.
If a family member is ill, than the family members need to either consciously or subconsciously stop blaming the ill person and show how grateful they are for having that person in their lives. If they would praise and appreciate the person who is sick, the sick person ends up subconsciously showing a better side of themselves, naturally healing themselves in the process. To heal conflict and reach a resolution, apologize to the other party and readily admit your faults, it will than take the wind out of the situation, allowing healing to begin. When you constantly complain, your appearance will show it, and you will eventually attract long term illnesses as well as negative situations.
Foods and Depression
Illustrated below gives a rough correlation of how foods relate to mental and physical health:
Low levels of good bacteria in the stomach - Prebtiocis and Probiotics relieve depression.
Melatonin taken over the long term causes depression - Short term use of Melatonin is highly beneficial.
Fungi/Mold is related to depression - longivity Mushrooms such as Shiitake, which are a class of fungi, used short term are highly beneficial.
Excessive exercise weakens the immune system - The right amount of it boosts the immune system.
Low levels Vitamin of B12 are linked to depression and higher levels are linked to cancer.

Therefore from this we can conclude that the strength of the immune system is dependant on the mental attitude of the individual.
As a side note, cabbage, which has been used to correct personality disorders, is one of the best natural cures for pneumonia. We shall go
more into detail about the power of cabbage later on.
Outside Influences that Deplete the Immune System
Heavy and prolonged physical exertion can put a major strain on the immune system, especially if combined with improper nutrition. As mentioned earlier, endurance athletes who overtrain tend to have higher rates of infectious diseases and allergies. In addition, they may show swollen lymph nodes and experience slower wound healing.
This I believe occurs because chronic over-exercising depletes glutamine from skeletal muscle, allowing the body to not effectively recover before the next athletic session. In the long term, this reduces the amount of glutamine available to immune cells and fibroblasts, substantially weakening the immune system, and causing less rejuvenation of the body.
A proven way to return T cells to normal levels is to increase glutamine levels. Studies have shown that the level of stored glutamine drops significantly in humans following surgery, trauma, or burns, as well as during sepsis.
The food highest in natural glutamine is raw cabbage. From my personal experience, after extensive athletic sessions, I have noticed a substantial increase in recovery time when I have even just a few leaves of raw cabbage with Hawthorne Berry and canned beets. Also a combination of Vitamin E and Vitamin C increases recovery time significantly after exercise.
Another period that the immune system is affected is when the sunspot counts are lower. Rising sunspot activity brings about new life and helps fuel new ideas and inventions. When sunspots are low, not only plant life, but human health seems to diminish. The immune system seems most affected and grows unresponsive during lower sunspot activity, causing diseases to more easily gain a foothold in the body. This is probably because rising sunspots boost the power of intention, which can be used to cure illness. If this sunspot activity is increasing during super solar flares, the immune system becomes weaker.
Where do T Cells Come From?
One of the most common places T cells originate from is the Thymus Gland. It is soo sensitive that even giving the thymus gland a light "tapping" will boost the immune system. The thymus gland is situated just above the breatbone or heart region of your chest. You can gently stimulate the thymus gland by placing a South Pole magnet on the thymus gland and reblancing it every now and than each time with North Pole energy. Foods that boost the thymus gland include: The whitish parts of Oranges and Grapefruit, Brazil Nuts, Raw Peanuts, Potatoes, Jarred Olives, Raw Okra, the heart of Artichokes, Raw Spinach, Egg Yolk and Mexican Potatoes with Skin.
The other part of the body where immune system cells come from is the bone marrow. There needs to be a proper ratio of phospherous to calcium when foods are consumed, or the bone marrow will not take up the calcium, thus depleting the immune system. The only food that has an almost perfect 2:1 Phosphorous to Calcium ratio is Ginger, one of the most powerful anti-aging foods available. It also helps digestion of proteins.
How Newborn Babies Survive with an Almost Non-Existent Immune System
We can imagine the birth of the spring season, with its new beginnings, as a newborn baby, whose immune system has not yet fully matured. When a baby is newly born, its immune system is barely developed. Only after about 9 weeks does the baby start producing antibodies to fight bad bacteria. Babies exist in an ocean of fluid before they are born and higher moisture levels boost the immune system. As the baby leaves this environment of moisture, it must readjust its immune system to one of significantly less moisture. From this we can conclude that the same foods used to boost the immunity in infants should also boost a weak or depleted immune system in adults. Below are some examples of what some newborn infants are fed during their first weeks of life:
Milk Lipds - These damage the outer surface of bad viruses, causing them to stop replication. They can be found in Raw Organic Butter.
Lysozyme - Enhances the cells to fight bad bacteria. The highest levels are found in Brown Eggs (the darker the shade the more nutrient rich).
Oligosaccharides - Prevents harmful bacteria from multiplying. Found in Yogurt.
Lactoferrin - Binds to iron, preventing the bad bacteria from multiplying via the iron. Found in the herb Skullcap and available in supplements.
Colostrum - Contains high amounts of Carbohydrates, proteins and it is easily digested. Found in Breast Milk and Supplements. Colostrum also helps protect and heal the liver from dangerous toxins.
Colostrum is one of the most powerful substances related to the "transfer factor". Transfer factor is in the same class as "supervitamins". Transfer factors are molecules that have "immune knowledge" in recognizing foreign bacteria. Transfer factors enter the body and serve as "teachers" to the new cells of the immune system, boosting it significantly. Transfer factor has been scientifically validated in over 3,000 studies. The good thing about colostrum, is that it can be taken in large amounts with almost no side effects. You can find out more about the transfer factor by doing a good internet search.
Heart Cells Renew Themselves Throughout Life
Humans regenerate heart cells throughout their lives, say scientists who found the rate of renewal slows into adulthood. The finding published in Friday's issue of the journal Science could open the door to a new way of treating heart attacks. In the study, researchers in Sweden and the U.S. said the beating cells in the heart, called cardiomyocytes, are renewed. Until now, scientists didn't know whether we were born with a set number of cardiomyocytes or if renewal was possible later in life. "DNA of myocardial cells is synthesized many years after birth, indicating that cells in the human heart do, in fact, renew into adulthood," study author Bruce Buchholz of Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in California said in a release. "We report that cardiomyocytes renew, with a gradual decrease from one per cent turning over annually at the age of 25 to 0.45 per cent at the age of 75," Jonas Frisen, a professor of stem cell research at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, and his colleagues wrote. The findings mean that even among people who live a very long life, they won't exchange more than half of their cardiomyocytes.
The herbs that have the most effect upon keeping the heart in top condition are the prebiotic herbs Hawthorne and Berberine. Several different studies indicate important cardiovascular effects of hawthorn and berberine. For example, both exert positive inotropic effects and have been used in the treatment of congestive heart failure. Berberine is found in goldenseal, oregon grape root, barberry and Chinese goldthread. It can also be bought as a pure berberine extract. Berberine is a strong antibacterial and works by a unique mechanism. It appears to work by staining microbes to be targets for macrophages (large immune cells that 'eat' pathogens) and by preventing microbes from attaching to cells. Berberine has been widely studied and shown to have high antimicrobial activity, mainly against Gram-positive bacteria and yeasts. It has been found to be most effective against S. aureus, P. aeruginosa S (sensitive), E. coli S, P. aeruginosa R (resistant), E. coli R10.
How Solar Weather Affects the Immune System
Even with all the healthy foods and the perfect mental attitude, your immune system can still become depleted.
Take the following research study:
Immune system deficiency has been shown to "travel" between subjects separated from each other. In a famous study, researchers put 2 sets of mice in two different rooms biologically shielded from each other, and infected one mouse with an immune system depleting virus. After a few days the mice that were not infected started showing signs of a weakened immune system. This proves that a weak immune system can occur without person to person contact, but just by being in close proximity. Now mice do not have the power to focus their minds like we do. Therefore as long as we keep a sound mental mindset, the depleted immune systems of others, need not affect our own.
Extreme periods of higher solar activity, have also been shown to contribute to pandemic influenza. Research has shown that the microbial mutation rate in rats significantly changes during spans of changing solar activity by showing a greater increase in resistance to antibiotics. Additional research shows that in the years leading up to sunspot maximum, mutations in the influenza virus lead to outbreaks of flu pandemics.
If you take a look at the solar flux for the years ahead (shown on the next 2 pages), you will see that as of 2011 the new solar flux cycle is just getting started.
This is because when the solar flux is higher, the body is more susceptible to bad bacteria. Could we be in for another major influenza in the approaching years? I hope not. Hopefully we will have learned our lessons in the past, to prevent any future major influenza outbreak. NASA's Solar Flux Prediction shows that major higher solar flux periods are approaching in the coming years. This coupled with lower sunspot activity could be a time of increased influenza. As the expected ranges show in the data table on the following page, June of 2013 shows a peak with a danger period from July 2013 to July 2014. 2019 shows another danger period due to low sunspot activity.

Below is sunspot cycle 24. As you can see, the next major "leap" of this cycle occurs around 2014, with a low starting around 2020.
Solar Cycle 26 will start rising after 2020, peaking between 2027 and 2028 with another low around 2035. This cycle is predicted to reach the same height as that of the 2014/2015 height. As these peaks get lower and are completely flat, I believe that is when the pandemics and influenza start to occur. Another time is just after the peak of a high period.
I believe that at the peaks of these sunspot cycles is when the bacteria become resistant to the current forms of antibiotics, making treatment a challenge.
A few years later at the low of the peak cycle, when the influenza virus is strongest, the antibiotics have practically no effect.
I believe however that today our technology has matured enough so that when the next influenza strikes, we shall have all the resources necessary to combat a global pandemic. The real danger, as mentioned previously, is relying on nano-technology to cure the pandemic. There are more than enough resources to create an organic cure for influenza, rather than use nano-robots to take care of the problem. Using nanobots to cure a virus is an introduction to humans becoming robots. So we should always be sure we leave both options open at all times.
Worldwide Pandemics and Their Relation to Peak Sunspot Cycles
Lets take a look at a couple of pandemics and how they peaked when sunspot activity was lower.
Shown below is a graph with the last 400 years of sunspot activity.
You will see that when there was no solar activity (the Maunder Minimum), this was the time that smallpox became the new global pandemic. An internet search 1600, 1700 + smallpox will reveal more details about this. Between 1910 and 1916 Polio was widespread all over the world. There were lower sunspots between 1890 and 1920.
Cures on the other hand occur when sunspots are at their peak.
Around 1790 Dr. Jenner made public the smallpox vaccine, just towards the end of the peak of a solar cycle. The vaccine for Polio was invented in 1955, at the peak of a solar cycle. Therefore we can clearly conclude that the cure occurred between 1770 and 1780.
During these low sunspot periods or "maunder minimums", it is a good time to review, prepare and observe what is available so we can make new tools, and find new ways of doing things for when the next upswing occurs. It is not a time of productivity, but rather observation and allowing what new information, ideas and ways of doing things emerge. A time to pay attention to detail. The real danger today is becoming so overreliant on technology that if another smallpox type epidemic hits, instead of the medical "cure" being organically solved, it will be solved with the use of nanotechnology, or small miniature robots that destroy the "bug". I personally would rather use the organic method to solve another smallpox type outbreak. Especially with all the research and technology we have today, that shouldn't be hard.

From personal research I believe that at certain times, the energy of the sun from solar flares, can cause the body's immune system to become weakened. I believe the "bacteria" that causes immune system depletion starts early in the body. This would make sense because geomagnetic storms have been shown to cause increased mental disturbances and because the mental state of mind can directly affect our health, than the suns storms could cause immune system imbalances. I believe that during these periods which weaken the immune system, it is really a "jump" in evolution that occurs. A perfect example of this is when weeds became resistant to the Roundup Ready soybean formula. Lets take a look at this in more detail:
Quote from by Bob Hartzler at Iowa State University: "The identification of glyphosate resistant horseweed is the first case of a weed developing resistance in Roundup Ready soybeans. The resistant biotype first appeared in Delaware in 2000. The first population originated in a field in which glyphosate was the only herbicide used in Roundup Ready soybeans in 1999 and 2000. This horseweed biotype has exhibited an 8 to 13 fold resistance to glyphosate." This means that the weeds became resistant to round up during a sunspot upward cycle, as this is the time "life" emerges naturally strongest.
NASA researchers Hathaway and Wilson have shown that the most recent solar maximum was in late 2000. They also discovered that Solar Minimum follows the first spotless day after Solar Maximum by 34 months (approximately 3 years). Solar activity than returns rapidly after this solar minimum. In recent cycles the Solar Maximum has followed a Solar Minimum by just 4 years, the last occurring in 2006. Therefore 2006 + 4 years = 2010. 2010 also saw new technologies emerge, sweeping changes in the financial markets, as well as a change in the industry and manufacturing sectors. And even into early 2011, we are seeing this fallout being reflected in changes in the political arena. Below is an image showing where the sunspots peaked in 2000.
Researcher Mr. William Hershel showed that a lack of sunspots affects wheat crops. In 1801 he wrote, �It seems probable analyzing the period between 1650 and 1713, and judging by the normal yields of wheat, that a scarcity of vegetation occurred whenever the sun appeared to be free from spots.� Solar cycle 24 lasts from 2008-2014, ending 4 years after 2010. So expect to see the next "surge" in evolution peaking around 2014, especially if Round Up has made a new "weed resistant" formula, it too will become resistant to weeds in this cycle, having "evolved".
An interesting point to note here. People have been reporting what is called "chemtrails" in the sky since 1996. Some researchers state that chemtrails are designed to "dumb down" the population, or to stop them from having a stronger connection to their higher selves. Since the new uprise swing in sunspots that also made weeds resistant to Roundup, could the human body be becoming resistant to the effects that chemtrails are meant to induce upon the global population?. If this is so, than the Arab Spring and the American Spring we are seeing is a result of people "waking up" or clearly see what is going on. In other words if there was a group out there spraying chemtrails to keep people in the dark from what is going on, than maybe people are becoming resistant from the effects of chemtrails and seeing clearly how the "system" really works. Maybe the effects from chemtrails are most effective on downward cycles of sunspots.
A condition cycle is the result of a complete solar flare cycle. These "mini" cycles follow a cycle of approximately 11 days. These "mini" cycles have the following effect on the body. Just before the sunspots increase, a period of aches and pains can occur in the body, which is the result of oxidative stress, at the peak of the solar flare, the bodys immune system will undergo a tremendous change caused by the high speed solar winds, which can result in significant health problems, excessive physical exercise should be avoided. A few days later, a condition green occurs, allowing the body to adjust itself to the new conditions, resulting in good health and harmony, this is a period where exercise is recommended, and where oxidative stress is "relieved". Next the cycle repeats itself again going back to orange.
The complete solar cycle lasts approximately 11 years. During this time, the effects from the "mini" flares become more intensified, depending upon if the cycle is on an upswing or a downward trend.
During World War I, A. L. Tchijevsky, a Russian professor of Astronomy and Biological Physics who continued his studies at the war front, noticed that particularly severe battles regularly followed each solar flare during the sunspot peak period of 1916-17. Tchijevsky found that fully 80% of the most significant events occurred during the 5 years of maximum sunspot activity. Tchijevsky divided the eleven year sunspot cycle into four periods:
Period 1: (approximately 3 years, minimum sunspot activity). Peace, lack of unity among the masses, election of conservatives, autocratic, minority rule.
Period 2: (approx. 2 years, increasing sunspot activity). Increasing mass excitability, new leaders rise, new ideas and challenges to the elite. This is the season we are in now as of 2011.
Period 3: (Approximately 3 years, maximum sunspot activity). Maximum excitability, election of liberals or radicals, mass demonstrations, riots, revolutions, wars and resolution of most pressing demands. This cycle begins around late 2013 into 2014.
Period 4: (Approximately 3 years, decreasing sunspot activity). Decrease in excitability, masses become apathetic, seek peace. This cycle is due to arrive between 2015 and 2017.
As shown on the next page, this format is put into an easy to understand illustration. The image is for the northern hemisphere. Because the sun starts to decrease its sunlight from the June Solstice to the December Solstice, collectively this is a time where uncertainty and fear occur in the general population, and is amplified even further if the sunspot cycle is on a decline. After the December solstice, more intensive sun energy is brought through to the earth, and if we are on a sunspot cycle upswing, less fear and more progress is made, which is the cycle we are in as of 2011, as shown in the image earlier named
sunspot cycle 24.
Short Term Bursts of Solar Radiation and Human Health
Take the example of fitness guru Jack LaLanne, who died January 23, 2011. He focused on nutrition and exercise, obtaining one of the fittest bodies in our day for a man in his 90's. However, he succommed to the "bad bacteria" called pneumonia after a heart operation he had a few days later.
Let's take a look at the Sun and Moon activity during this time:
January 22, 2011, happened to be when the moon was about 8 weeks
from a "Super Perigree" (the moon was in full Perigree on January 22nd). A "Super Perigree" is when the moon is closest to earth. Because perigree moons bring with them increased insect attack, we can conclude that "negative" bacteria are also increased during this time. On January 21st, there were 7 "C" Class flares, which significantly increased the Suns Solar Flux (or ionization of our upper atmosphere). This caused significantly higher solar wind speeds (between 350 and 400) for a number of days after the solar storm.
Another perfect example is as shown above, on July 27th, there were rising sunspots with 9 "C" class solar flares along with a higher flux of 4.0. Similar to the conditions that were present when Jack died. It is interesting to note that the death of Steve Jobs coincided with the massive solar flare activity that lasted for about a month during the Month of August 2011.
I believe that the underlying trigger leading to the bad bacteria that weakens the immune system during this "solar window", is when the body is experiencing a high period of stress. Because our molecular structure is so similar to that of our sun, when you are stressed, and the sun is "stressed" (by releasing solar flares), it causes bad bacteria to form in the air. This bacteria is similar to brewer's yeast. This bacteria that "floats" in the air all around us has been proven by researcher Louis Pasteur in 1859, who showed that when he placed boiled meat broth in a flask and bent it into a sigmoid shape so air could not enter, no bacteria developed in the broth, however, when he tilted the flask allowing air to enter, the broth was full of new bacteria. Solar Xray observatories have observed Sigmoidal S-shaped magnetic structures in the solar active regions of our sun (see the Sigmoidal Connection chapter for further details). I believe that the solar flares emitted during February and March are filled with a higher level of south polarity energies. As mentioned earlier in this book, these south polarity energies connect with the roots and trees, providing growth.
Research shows that tissues subjected to a south magnetic field become acidic. Because the suns activity is just returning to high levels during February and March, these new energies would naturally make not only the body more acidic, but the single celled yeast that floats in the air all around us would be more acidic also. I believe that the immune system of the body is undergoing a radical "shift" or change during this time of the year.
Lets do a re-cap on the energies that come from solar flares. At the precise moment a solar flare occurs, the ionosphere becomes highly charged with X-Rays from the sun, which also hinders the frequencies that carry radio communications, particularly in higher elevations. I believe that because radio signals and the cells in our body operate in similar ways, a solar flare also hinders the cell to cell communication in our bodies, especially during times of increased stress in the body. Scientists at Georgetown University in Washington DC found that high energy particles in space, which are produced by solar flares, triggered an oxidative stress response in mice. Temporary oxidative stress prolongs life, continuous excessive amounts cause inflammation leading to illness.
From this we can conclude that if your body is more physically stressed around the time leading up to or close to a perigree moon (Research has shown that at the peak of perigree, the effects are most strongly felt within a 3 day period before and afterwards.), and there is a solar flare with 5 or more C class flares occurring within this period, that it will synergize the stress already in the body, leading to an overactive immune system. The most common outcome being inflammation and infection.
I know from personal experience that the above "dark window" period brings on a more weakened immune system. I never get sick any time of the year. I was able to time my period of inflammation that "came out of nowhere" having been caused by more than 8 "C" class flares. Now I use the above guide to be sure I am not stressed during these times, take more Vitamin C, Brewer's Yeast, Garlic Powder and Cod Liver Oil and Glutamine to recover faster and thus haven't had any problems since. I also take green tea in the mornings at these times.
The Perigree/Apogee cycle of the moon occurs in "waves", these waveforms gradually move the moon closer further from the earth in a 8 month period. When the moon is at its maximum closest to earth and the distances or "swinging" is further apart and is just before an equinox or solstice and 8 or more "C" class solar flares are occurring, this is the time the body is most susceptible to bacteria that causes infection of the body. The pictured waveforms shown on the next page, show when the moon moves closer to earth. When it is at maximum closeness to earth this is when the negative energy is strongest. When there is a full moon present at this time it is called a "perigree supermoon".
The effects are felt strongest within a 72 hour before and after the approach and last from 2 to 3 weeks before and after the peak. As you can see from the picture below perigree was strongest during March and September.
This energy also seems to affect longivity herbs and compounds. During the March and September solstices, there seems to be a "build up" from taking longivity herbs and substances, however the effects are much less at the Summer and Winter Solstices. I believe this occurs because during the December and June solstices the earth and sun align with the center of the milky way. Could it be the energy from the center of our galaxy is what gives the longivity herbs and compounds their anti-aging power?. (See page 15 of Part 1 for these positions). From personal research I have discovered that taking less longivity herbs and compounds during this period and using "toning" to boost the immune system works best around the March and September equinoxes, especially if there is a "C" class solar flare occurring, and the moon is in perigree.Another contributing bad factor, as mentioned previously, is during a solar eclipse. It seems that the suns higher solar flux, when sustained for long periods enhances these negative effects. So in conclusion, the most dangerous period would be during a solar eclipse, with a high solar flux, and the moon closest to earth with a "C" class flare present along with high speed solar winds for a number of days. Alls it takes is the right amount of stress to trigger disease and illness during these periods. The chapter "supercharge your immune system" goes into more detail about how to find these days more precisely.
As shown in the "Distance to the Moon" image. When the moon swings further away from the earth (February and September) and the frequency is not as close, it causes more allergy type symptoms in the body.
How to Smoothly Transition The Return of Your Immune System in February/March
Biology Researcher Randy Nelson at Ohio State University found that the decreasing sunlight heading into fall season (September/October)
caused the immune system of mice to become significantly enhanced. His team than showed that 32 weeks later (February/March), the immune system would all of a sudden go into a sharp decline and return to its state of normality lasting throughout the rest of the year. This had a complete ascending to descending cycle lasting from 12 to 32 weeks. It appeared that the shorter days boosted the strength of the immune system. Randy theorizes that this is because the reproductive cycle shuts down during winter, and the immune system uses this extra energy to strengthen itself. This makes sense as we acknowledge easter around spring, celebrating "renewal" and rebirth, which is related to reproduction.
Autumn is the only season that the temperature is different in the morning and afternoon. In the daytime, it can be 65 degrees, but in the night, it may drop suddenly up to 10 degrees or more. One of the main changes is in the wind, it becomes much drier, with the humidity returning around spring, increasing the moisture levels in the air significantly. If you work in a medical office, or know anyone that does, you will know the cold and flu season starts within 48 hours of Halloween, with a reprieve around Thanksgiving and starting again around Christmas and ending a few weeks after New Year's celebrating. This also happens to be the same time of year that people don't watch what they eat, allowing toxins to build up and gather in the fats in their system, leading to illness and disease.
During late fall, we should ease our nervous systems down into a quieter mode, to promote optimum health through the winter; there is almost a palpable sense of heaviness, the energy moving downward, back to the ground, on its inward voyage. Chinese Acupuncture believes that the Large Intestine, which is responsible for over 70% of our immune system, is at its peak around the fall season. The lungs are also at their peak during this time. Autumn is the prime season to cleanse and boost the lungs and large intestine. In Humans, as day length decreases in autumn, the pituitary gland indirectly increases the secretion of testosterone and testicular volume increases.
Products that cleanse the lungs and intestines include garlic, watercress, fresh ginger, kohlrabi, asparagus, radishes, onions and white wine. Also think of herbs such as basil, chives, dill (fresh and dried dill removes heavy metals such as mercury from fish and sea vegetables), the bark of cinnamon, cinnamon twigs, cumin, cloves, marjoram, mustard, nutmeg, pepper, dried mandarin skins, pepper mint, rosemary and star anise.
Autumn foods: pears, apples, grapes, olives, limes, lemons, pickled gherkins, umeboshi (a Japanese prune), chestnuts, fennel (a root vegetable or a herb), barley gruel and barley water, millet, aduki beans, sea vegetables, peanuts (only a few, unsalted and used in cooking), coconut, sesame seeds (dry-roasted over your vegetables or on bread), barley- and rice malt, millet, barley, pork meat, venison, eggs, yogurt, cauliflower, button mushrooms, leeks, onions, salsify, young winter carrots, aubergines, beetroot, red cabbage, blanched celery, courgette, kohlrabi, bean sprouts, winter radish, Angela root, miso, soy sauce, sea salt, fish, crab (cooked in combination with ginger and vinegar), mussels (cooked with vegetables), oysters, herrings, sea vegetables.
This "downshift" of the immune system, coming back "online" around early to late february, causes the lungs to become more prone to congestion and causes immune system impairments, (due to overstimulated intestines). This "overbalance" can be corrected with the following methods: Start exercising the body, allowing your T-Cells to rebuild their immunity. As your immune system comes "back online" include a detox of the liver and boost your intake of antioxidants.
Another way to offset this "shock" is to perform a good detoxing consisting of the following :� cup wheatgrass or fresh parsley, (wheatgrass is a sweeter taste.)

You can take a bath with these to help lift spirits and clear the lungs.
Autoimmune Conditions
Quoting Mr. Mark Konlee from his paper "How to Reverse Immune Dysfunction" - �The immune system has two 'arms' - the TH1 and TH2 systems. They tend to be connected: when one is strong, the other is weak, and visa versa. The normal body maintains a healthy balance between both. During certain times a 'shift' in this balance occurs. Pregnant women for example will lean more towards the TH2 balance."
Echinacea, high in Natural Vitamin C, and also a herb known to build good bacteria in the body and increase oxygen in the bloodstream, will push the body towards the TH1 side. Some natural herbs can also upset this balance greatly. Green Tea is one. This leans the body more towards the TH2 levels, which is why excessive green tea can pose a risk for cancer, but green tea in moderation, prolongs life, and like Vitamin C, will synergize most herbs. Too much green tea will also raise EGC levels. If you have an autoimmune condition, know which side your body is leaning towards and you can try herbs that re-balance the TH levels for optimal healing. The Lemon / Extra Virgin Olive Oil drink has been reported to balance the two arms of the immune system. This would help in both a suppressed immune system and autoimmune conditions.
Foods and Methods that Boost the Immune System
There are an endless supply of methods, foods and techniques that boost the immune system, however I am only going to include the ones proven to be most effective in this chapter. Just as DNA repair occurs in a "flash" so too does the repair of the immune system occur in "jumps". When caught early on, the immune system can repair itself effectively. The key is to reduce the inflammation as soon as it starts.
Uric acid has been shown to boost the immune system, when taken in combination with foods that raise HGH levels (Human Growth Hormone). Fructose is the quickest and most simplest way to boost Uric acid levels. Foods highest in Fructose from highest to lowest (source; nutritiondata.com): Spinach, Corn, Sweet Potato, Chocolate Milk, Sprouted Alfalfa Seeds, Ginger Powder, Baked Potatoes, Maple Syrup, Honey. As a side note, good bacteria grow easily on Potatoes and Malt, both of which are high in fructose.
Foods that boost HGH levels: Flax seeds, Soy beans, Tofu, Soy yogurt and Sesame seeds. Therefore we can use the following combinations: Maple Syrup or Fructose and Flax Seeds. Maple Syrup or Fructose and Tofu, Maple Syrup or Fructose and Cabbage, Shiitake and Sesame Seeds. These combinations should be taken extremely short term. Research has shown that excessive consumption of foods high in Fructose (above 15% of the carbohydrate calories), creates health problems. The ratio of HGH to Fructose should be 2:1.
I believe the reason for this effect is because the starch in the fructose increases in the presence of sunlight and the foods that boost HGH levels "feed" this starch, boosting the immune system in return. Glucose happens to be a monosacchride that is a byproduct of photosynthesis, showing that monosacchrides can increase in the presence of sunlight. We see this effect occurring in alfalfa, which is high in starch. Experiments have revealed that an increase in sunlight before mowing alfalfa allows the alfalfa to retain more starch and sugar. When this alfalfa is fed to cattle, their milk contains more protein, their milk is a lot more healthier, and numerous other health benefits occur due to this reaction.
Another way to keep the immune system strong is to remove toxin build up by taking edible clay, insoluble fiber or by fasting, however this needs to be done in moderation, as you need to replenish your body with the fat soluble vitamins as soon as possible, because detoxing can remove these immune boosting vitamins.
Another good immune system booster is Lauric Acid. Besides coconut oil, the only other good source of lauric acid is human breast milk. Lauric acid is sometimes used in cottage cheese. Another immune system booster found in breast milk is monolaurin. In order to have it escape the dangers of digestion, it is best to take it with glycerine.
Another immune booster is Bifidobacterium lactis (a particular strain of bifidobacteria). These help strengthen and regulate the immune system. If you are a professional sports athlete, one successful method to "recharge" your body, getting it ready for the competitive event the next day is to soak in a mixture of Epsom Salts and Apple Cider Vinegar. Exercise as we all know is one of the most powerful ways to boost the immune system. If my exercise gets excessive, I take Raw Cabbage, Vitamin C and beets, which boosts the Glutamine and Antioxidant Levels and significantly aids my recovery.
The thymus gland is the most sensitive part of the body, and is directly affected by magnets. Even a small north pole magnet placed at the upper end of the breatbone will stimulate the thymus gland. Research has shown that 60 to 90 minutes of moderate exercise or 30 minutes of hard exercise increases antibodies in your body up to 300%. Overly excessive exercise will deplete the antibodies, so you need to know your preferred "window" of peak performance, which your body will intuitively tell you over time.
Soluble fiber is one of the most powerful immune boosting fibers available. As published in the May 2010 issue of Brain, Behavior, and Immunity: "In the experiment, laboratory mice consumed low-fat diets that were identical except that they contained either soluble or insoluble fiber. After six weeks on the diet, the animals had distinctly different responses when the scientists induced illness by introducing a substance (lipopolysaccharide) that causes the body to mimic a bacterial infection. Two hours after the lipopolysaccharide injection, the mice fed soluble fiber were only half as sick as the other group, and they recovered 50 percent sooner. And the differences between the groups continued to be pronounced all the way out to 24 hours. In only six weeks, these animals had profound, positive changes in their immune systems." Gregory Freund, a professor at the College of Medicine and a faculty member in the College of Agriculture, Consumer and Environmental Sciences Division of Nutritional Sciences showed that soluble fiber causes increased production of an anti-inflammatory protein called interleukin-4. It changes the personality of immune cells -- they go from being pro-inflammatory, angry cells to anti-inflammatory, healing cells that help us recover faster from infection. Good sources of soluble fiber include: oat bran, barley, nuts, seeds, lentils, citrus fruits, apples, strawberries, and carrots.
Another way to boost the immune system is via increasing the amount of singlet oxygen in the system, which in turn will boost white blood cells. Substances that help the body produce good singlet oxygen: Chlorophyll (it also helps to thicken and strengthen the walls of the cells), Neem, and Glutamine. Vitamins that boost singlet oxygen levels include beta carotene (15 or 30 mg daily), Vitamin E (15mg daily) and Vitamin C (30 mg daily), especially if Vitamin C is taken for 15 days in a row.
Garlic and zinc will boost white blood cells. A good combination is garlic powder and sesame seeds. You only need a small amount of these, as excessive amounts can cause stomach irritation.
Another good way to keep bad bacteria at bay, is to eat an apple daily. This is due to the special acid in the apple that destroys bad bacteria. The Immune System and Seasons
I believe that the solstices affect the mental and the equinoxes affect the physical. Around the March equinox, foods that are light should be eaten, and excessively heavy proteins should be avoided. If your diet is high in carcinogens or other toxins during these periods, the weakening of the immune system will be increased. A food that is light and has powerful immune system boosters is Coconut Oil.
A good guide to find the best times to boost the immune system is between 2 and 4 weeks before the march equinox, look for the time the moon is at perigee, than look for a long term rise in the suns solar flux sustained for 3 or more days (or when solar flares are predicted). During this time maintain a good mental outlook and stay away from foods high in carnocigens.
The March Equinox is also an excellent time to fast to allow the body to remove toxins. Good foods to eat at this time are cabbage (boosts immune system), carrots (high in Beta Carotene) and Spinach (high in chlorophyll).
During these times, I take slightly more antioxidants. I usually take the mega antixoidant mix until the high solar flux has died down. I also avoid raw peanuts which is a potential aflatoxin inhibitor, as well as foods that drain Vitamin A from the body such as Psyllium Husk.
I usually take Psyllium Husk with Clay after the period has ended. Especially after exercising, and the solar flux is higher, I always increase my intake of Vitamin C and Cod Liver Oil during these times to eliminate inflammation instantly.
Another method that is starting to gain acceptance is the science of Vivaxis. It shows that an energy "imprint" is left in earth's geomagnetic energy field a few weeks up until the time you are born. By "reconnecting" your body with this "imprint" it has been shown to improve health. There are some good websites that go into more detail about using Vivaxis to heal the body.
There should be a "break" in spring where regularly taken anti-aging supplements are reduced. If you take anti-aging foods every day or every 2nd day, than just before the March Equinox, take them every 3 days or more. This creates a beneficial stress on the body's immune system. During this time increase your intake of antioxidants. As mentioned earlier, research has shown that when guinea pigs are fasted for 4 days, the concentration of tocopherol (a form of polyphenol) in the fat tissue increases. This proves that when you reduce the use of some anti-aging compounds, their levels actually "rise" for a short period in the body before decreasing. This greatly reduces the chances of these anti-aging substances "turning" or "going against" the immune system, rather than supporting it.
Vitamin D levels in the blood fall to their lowest point during flu seasons. In northern California 80% of clients tested during winter months demonstrate vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency. Unable to be protected by the body's own antibiotics (antimicrobial peptides) that this gene-expresser engineers, a person with a low vitamin D blood level is more vulnerable to contracting colds, influenza, and other respiratory infections (e.g., respiratory syncytial virus). The highest concentrations are in wild salmon, mackerel, sardines, and cod liver oil. Taking vitamin D in these doses is safe, far safer than a flu shot with all the bad chemicals it contains. Concerns about vitamin D toxicity are overblown. One can take a 10,000 IU vitamin D supplement on a daily basis without any adverse effects. In healthy persons, long-term consumption of more than 40,000 IU a day is necessary to cause an elevation in the blood calcium level (hypercalcemia), the first manifestation of vitamin D toxicity (Am J Clin Nutr 2006;84:694—97).
If you Have the Flu
The flu virus coats itself in a fatty oil type material. During cooler temperatures such as fall season, this fatty acid "hardens", protecting the flu virus inside a "shell", which would normally dissolve, killing the virus in warmer temperatures. One of the most powerful ways to break down this type of fatty material is via exercise and Vitamin C, which dissolves the fatty acid membrane surrounding the flu virus. Glutamine (found in high levels in cabbage) and taking 6,000mg of Vitamin C have been shown to destroy the flu virus. Research has shown that when Chitosan is mixed with Vitamin C, fats are removed extremely quickly and easily from the body. From this we can conclude that excessive fats harbor a large part of the toxins in the body.
If you feel the flu coming on, increase your intake of Vitamin D for 3 days in a row. A good way to do this is to load your body with white button mushrooms and soak up some sun. You can also take in Cod Liver Oil, which is high in Vitamin A. After taking lots of fish oil, it is a good idea to give the body a break and than increase your intake of Vitamin E for a while to restabilize the immune system.
Just as health foods work as a preventitive for long term health, the immune system can take between 15 and 30 days to return to its peak state of health. The immune system can also be healed by faith. Faith works better when you use it, just like exercising muscles grows stronger muscles.
If you do catch the flu virus and your immune system happens to be in a weak state, when you take flu fighting foods and herbs your body will start to get "hungry". It is really craving for foods high in phytosterols, which are nutrients that rebuild and re nourish the cells, increasing the ATP burning process, which in effect provides the healing. Phytosterols, such as those found in Wheat Germ, Cumin Seed and Sesame Seeds have been found to be excellent ways to remove cravings.
